Sub Factory — Restaurant in Portland

This place is awesome! I was struck by how efficient they were - I think it is a family - regardless -they all were making sandwiches, and talking and completely into the task. I sat down to wait and realized how spotlessly clean it was. The menu was straightforward but quite large - they have breakfast too!. When the sandwich came, I couldn't believe it. I didn't original thing the rating on google was right, now I'm sure it is. BEST sandwich. ever. While watching a delivery driver pickup I noted the Franz name on the bags. The bread, was ideal - a sort of hoagie meets Togo's. perfect amount of bread. The preparation on the ingredients were insane. crispy, clean, fresh as if they walk out the backdoor into a field. The best part is the sandwich was balanced. they didn't try to impress with too much meat, or too many ingredients, they just got it perfect. Rude and just no respect for other people I definitely felt treated differently and it was just uncomfortable waiting for our food. The food was okay just really mid value next to no flavor for the subs it’s also really expensive subways cheaper I get the whole support business but not when your prices are that expensive for that little of food also the service was just really weird no smile no welcome in just dead stare not welcoming and I can’t even express how rude they were about the prices again it’s EXPENSIVE it’s the Panera bread of local sandwich shops Except atleast they’d tell you just for two people too eat lunch it came out to $24 a person really and that’s crazy for just lunch either lower your prices or change your google price ad will not be...

Absolutely fantastic classic sub sandwiches, and then some. I keep wanting to try their other things, but I always get the same sandwich cuz it’s just so so good. First thing I have to mention is the amazing bread, it just can’t be beat. The meat is sliced right then & there when they make your sandwich —it doesn’t get any fresher. Topping choices are plenty and fresh. The ratio of meat & cheese to toppings to bread is perfect. They know what they’re doing. And I love them for it. Also, service is A1! They are courteous, fast, and reliable. And the place is one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve been to in Portland...
