I don't usually write reviews, but this place swiftly became one of my favorite places to get a bite after sunset. It's close, it's got a drive-thru, it's open lateish, the employees are personable and polite, the food is very tasty. I'd be happy to get this food from a food cart, but the convenience of staying in my car is pretty awesome! First of all, the fries. Oh my word, these crinkle-cut fries are the dream that your grade-school cafeteria stole from you. Tender, crispy edges but soft fluffy interior, always hot and nicely salted, moist but not soggy, and a good size portion. These fries are one of the main reasons I returned after my first visit. If I'm getting them to go, they always get eaten up before I arrive at my destination. Then the burger. I've gotten a double deluxe either with the GF bun, or bunless, sitting on lettuce. The gf bun is what you would expect, a little dry and firm, almost the right size, holds the burger. I prefer the bed of lettuce, even if it does mean utensils. The beef and toppings themselves have a very home-cooked vibe, like a summer bbq without the lighter-fluid taste. I like it. The deluxe sauce makes me think of something that your cousin would whip up at the family reunion to get the kids to try something besides just potato chips; it's a very approachable flavor, not mysterious. So far I've had the fresh fruit fizzy water, and that's nice too. The drive-thru can get a little long, but I'm chill with that. The service has always been great! Even when I walked in really close to closing, they were super nice and let me place an order. And they have a rewards program! I definitely would recommend this place, I will be returning.

We’ve been watching this place go up and have always been intrigued. The lines seemed to suggest something really amazing, so my husband and I decided to hit it up. I would definitely go in versus drive through— it definitely seemed faster. The menu is simple. They have the fanciest espresso machine I’ve ever seen at a Fast Food joint for the Stumptpwn coffee they serve. We got a chicken sandwich, an Impossible Burger, a Double Deluxe, fries, and fruit fizzy water. The chicken was a large piece and not dried out. The crust wasn’t very crunchy and the taste didn’t blow us away. The Impossible Burger was fine, but would not shock anyone that it was a veggie burger. (That’s more of a statement on its greater, not Super Deluxe). Although my husband said this one was better than one he got at a restaurant. Fries were pretty good and the fruit fizzy water was really yummy. The burger itself was pretty tasty. The meet was well cooked, the ratio of all the ingredients was spot on. It was better than Fast Food burgers, but not anything that blew me away. That’s really the take away-fine, but nothing mind blowing. I’m glad I went, but probably won’t go again.

The ONLY reason it gets 4 out of 5 stars is because of the lack of freshly brewed unsweet iced tea which is about all I drink to avoid soda, and no, the iced tea out of the soda fountain doesn't count, that's just disgusting. Regardless of that however, I can say as someone that grew up in the Bay Area and ate In-N-Out quite often, this bests In-N-Out and has the hype to be a huge success and not just in the pacific northwest. The burger was a bit messy, but in a good way. It tasted fresher than anything at Burgerville but at a few dollars cheaper. The fries were really good, which is funny because I didn't really care for them at Little Big Burger but I think that was just due to portion size. I had a fizzy fruit drink that was actually quite good and super basic(still would prefer fresh Iced tea), but it helped cool off on this 93 degree day. Honestly, I wish they would open one of these around PSU and the south downtown area, people here would storm the doors. There seem to be a couple kinks to work out still, with any new business, but the owner of this place has a HUGE success on their hands.

The burgers are pretty good. Even thought they somewhat resemble of in n out, they don't taste like them. If youd rate in n out a 5/5 these would be 4/5. I normally go there during lunch so it's kind of always usy there and the meat is hot. So I am.not sure how it is during off peak hours. The fries are good but a little on the salty side. The chicken is probably a 2/5 nothing special about it. I would compare it to any fast food restaurant. But I'd give KFC a 3/5 for their chicken and 5/5 for Chick-fil-A. This is for comparison. The reason u deducted one star is because they charge for dressing all the time yet more than half the person on the drive through doesn't give it to you. The fact that they repeat the entire order AND also say sauce on the side and dont give it to you pisses me off. It's like dude your entire job is to give drink and food that was prepared by someone else. Is it that hard to double check that the source is there especially of you're repeating that it's there?!

Unfortunately, my third and final time at SuperDeluxe will be my last, as the service is dreadful & the prices are not exactly worth the very tasty burgers... My last visit on Monday at around 3-pm, was very confusing, as the two workers at the counter gave out straws along with the beverage to some people; but other people were told that there were no straws after having to ask for them... It became more confusing when some people were served the food they ordered at the table they were sitting at when it was ready; whereas other people’s food was left at the front counter, after the worker had called out the wrong name when it was ready, and then gave up, just letting the bag of food sit there until the person that ordered it became curious about why the food was taking such a long time to prepare... Is there a two-tiered service system at SuperDeluxe? I wish I knew, because I would have signed up for the "I act like I give a sh#t" service...

I've heard about this place since it opened and finally got to try it. Went through the drive-thru and I sampled a Double Deluxe burger (with bacon for 50¢), a 5 piece chicken nugget and fries. This place is BUSY. So is it worth the wait/hype? Well, in comparison to Burger King (across the street) or McDonald's, yes. Yes it is. The burgers are flavorful with a delicious combination of lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sauce and in this case, BACON. A single runs $4.75 and a double is a buck more. The chicken nuggets are LARGE and look natural. There's no weird boot/NJ shaped nuggets in these batches. The seasoning is also well done, with a poultry seasoning flavor. Let's talk about the fries; they were perfect. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And fresh! Ultimately, for a delicious and natural "fast food" burger/fries, you can't do better than SuperDeluxe!
