This Taco Bell doesn't even deserve one star. I HAVE NEVER FELT THE NEED TO WRITE A REVIEW ON GOOGLE, BUT THIS PLACE WAS SO BAD I HAVE TO WARN OTHERS!!!! Just moved to the area, was in a hurry, decided to get some fast food, lol. I was greeted by the cashier who snapped at me that they cannot take hundred dollar bills as he saw me walking up with the bill in my hand. Thanks for letting the entire establishment know what kind of money I am carrying. After I pull together some change I return to the counter for the most unenthusiastic service I have ever received. It was like I was bothering the guy. Then, during my twenty minute wait for my food a large man, a Taco Bell employee, begins to very loudly and sarcastically tell some young boys entering the establishment with a bike, "Hey! That's what the bike rack in the back if the building is for! Get it out of here!". I was shocked! I'm sorry sir, next time I will go over the blue prints of the place so I know every detail! As annoyed as I was that was not the last of my horrible visit. When the food finally came it was missing items. They were fast to retrieve those I must admit but as I am sitting the eating I start to notice how disgustingly dirty the restaurant is. There is something that looks like smeared puke on the window next to the door. Tables are dirty, food on the floor. Because of the long wait for our food we were there for almost an hour and no one came out to clean. When I was a teen I worked at a Taco Bell and I know this is not how they are supposed to be run. I have been to crappy fast food restaurants before but this one takes the cake! Service sucked, food was OK (kind of sloppily made) dining area disgusting. WILL NOT BE...
Read moreSaw new self order kiosk when I walked in. Used it to order. Once done placing my order I had the option to pay via credit card or cash. I chose cash. Then was directed to take my cash to the cashier. I waited for several minutes with no one greeting me. Once I was greeted by a tall younger gentleman and told him I was paying for an order I placed in the kiosk he didn’t know how to get to it. Went away from the counter and asked for help and no one had an answer. So then he went to get a lady she cane up and asked what she could help with like she hadn’t been informed of the situation. I told her I ordered on the kiosk and chose the option to pay by cash. She looked at me and said what was your order. I said I placed on the kiosk. She said it was there. And she seemed very accepting that my order wasn’t in the system. I then said if cash payment is t an option then it shouldn’t be in the kiosk. At that point there were more customers so I gave her my order and Cash payment. I then went to the restroom where there was no toilet paper and the sink faucet was completely loose from the sink. This was a very un happy visit and I will be sure to take my business to the 82nd and Johnson creek location or leave Taco Bell all together and support a local Mexican place that can provide me with a better experience. I have lived in this area a long time and this location has always had its struggles! For heavens sakes your missing out on opportunity to treat customers better and get this place full again. If I had to guess people go through your drive thru here more then inside - maybe just close the dine in and focus on drive through until it can be operated...
Read moreIf I could give 0 I would for this specific manager Amanda. I work for grubhub and I was given the order. But many times in the past my customers items have been missed and they get mad at me... not Taco Bell me and My rating goes down. After I was given the bag I asked a girl to help me go through it but she had already walked away. I went to open it to check that everything was in it which took a few seconds to open cause of the stickers, until Amanda noticed a item that had been missed in the back. So she came over snatched it out of my hands and said “im not allowed to open it” I told her it is to check for missed items...as she was putting a missed taco pizza item in the bag that almost got forgotten. Which if I hadn’t have checked would have been missed if I hadn’t taken the extra seconds to open the bag instead of just taking off. I also explained that I wanted someone to go through it with me. As I asked asked her if she could go through my order with me she snapped at me rolled her eyes and said in a snooty voice “it’s all in there I packaged it myself”. Other customers looked shocked at her rudeness and I left. Over all very rude experience especially from a manager. She was yelling at employees customers were looking shocked and irritated. She was very...
