The Meltdown — Restaurant in Portland

We ordered a sandwich through DoorDash after a really long flight. We were so tired and so hungry. The order took well over an hour with absolutely no communication to our dasher. When we called, we were told that someone else had stolen the order and they had to remake it, but were now out of the dessert we ordered. Didn’t initiate a refund for us. When the order finally arrived it was missing the ranch we paid extra for and a straw for the drink.

So unfortunate. DoorDash already costs so much and everything feels worse when you’re starving....

We ordered from the Meltdown at work. Like six of us. They gave us someone else's food. We tried to make it work, but the food was absolutely terrible. Cold, flimsy, garbage. The pictures on DoorDash are amaaaazing looking. But no. The food is not that. Looked it up. Oh, it's a Denny's? Well, having had Denny's many times in my youth, I would never have wanted to order from them. I know the kind of food they make, and it was the food we got -- cold garbage and the wrong order to boot. Yay for scammy...

Not at ALL what we ordered. Unfortunately, the order was mixed up, the meat for our dog never ended up in there and coffee was skipped - tg for McDonald's! Had we not been right near the hospital, and several miles from the restaurant, I would have probably turned into She-Karen 🤣😂. Customer Service disco'd 3x with me, so I'm pretty sure that no complaint actually got anywhere but just have to say to the middle of the night crew - you guys need...
