Victorico's Mexican Food - SE Portland — Restaurant in Portland

There are many drive through mexican restaurants nearby, so make sure to skip this one! First time ordering here, but I wanted to try their nachos. I ordered them without meat and sour cream and the order was repeated back correctly. I understand that it can be confusing to order without certain things, but I only ordered ONE thing and went out of my way to repeat my order to make sure it was clear. 10 dollars! 10 bucks for chips, cheese and some toppings, which is outrageous in general but I was already in the drive thru. The woman at the window was nice and confirmed my nachos without sour cream as I paid for them. I asked my son to check the nachos before we pulled out, but he must not have looked well enough because it was dark. Obviously I get home and there was sour cream all over them with no way to eat around it. It was too far to drive back by then so it ended up in the trash. After 3 attempts to eat at this less than mediocre establishment , the 4th time was the straw that broke the camels back. Normally I’ll order a plate of street tacos which have way too much cilantro (All stems no leaf). This time I ordered a burrito with carne asada. The burrito was poorly wrapped, given to me in a To-go form when I clearly sat down and said “for here”. Half the burrito was freezing cold and the other half was kinda warm. The carne asada meat was over cooked and super chewy. The burrito barely held its form it made a big mess on the table from the lack of tray. The rice in the burrito was definitely old because it was the hardest substance in the burrito. I almost broke a tooth. The tables where nasty so I found the cleanest one I could find. That’s when the woman -who was singing whatever song was playing at the TOP of her lungs- came and wiped my table while I was sitting at it and touched me with that nasty table rag. My husband and I decided to stop by here on our way home for the first time. I got the Carne esada taco plate it was pretty good. Nothing to do with the cook but my weirdness it had a little to much gristle for me so unfortunately I couldn't continue to eat it and I love tacos I am just super weird other then that they're really good. My husband got the enchiladas because he wanted something like a wet burrito. There was absolutely no complaints from him he loved his meal. My baby boy who is 1 we got him some rice and beans and some cheesy tots he loved them both and they give you a big enough serving for a side plate that I was even able to share. The service was great the girl through the drive through was super nice and very friendly. We had great service it was fast and friendly so we couldn't have had a better experience and the food was great. The pricing was also not terrible either for good Mexican food it makes sence.
