Pulled up to the drive through and the young lady working the drive through was sitting next to the speaker smoking her vape and looking at her phone. I waited there for 4 minutes as she continued to sit there until she finally went in and took my order. I simply asked for a large strawberry lemonade light ice, which is nearly $4. As I pulled to the window, the same girl was scrolling on her phone as I watched her fill the entire cup up with ice. When she gave me the drink filled with ice, I asked if it was light ice and was told that they couldn’t do any less ice. I know the scam, if I pay $4 for a drink, I want the full drink not 3/4 ice, 1/4 drink. On top of that, the girl’s attitude and professionalism needs worked...

Went to this arbys location for lunch. I ordered 3 beef and cheddar sandwiches and they didn't put cheese on them. Went inside and nicely told them they forgot to put cheese on all of them.
