The first time I came to this ghetto establishment it must have been around time for the lobby to close because some unprofessional male manager was rudely and loudly informing the elderly gentleman in front of me that the lobby was closing and that he could not I quote "eat that damn chicken in my f@#!ing lobby cause it closes in 15 min. The second time I came through drive thru and waited 8min before anyone said anything to me. I placed my order for the boneless wings combo and after a 20 min wait I finally made it to window where I asked the one of there many unprofessional ratchet employees could I add a small fry to which she said no adding at the window which would be completely understandable if I hadn't had to wait ten minutes at the window for my order.
