Food was in ever sense of the word just meh we waited over an hour and a half for just some of our food to get there waiting another 30 to 40 minutes for a single item that was an “appetizer” for it to come out 40 minutes after our “meal” if you can call it that fruity pebble French toast was just regular French toast with a few pieces of fruity pebbles my friends garlic fries were just fries with minced garlic thrown on top waitress just walked up and grabbed the syrup and handed it straight to another table without wiping it down chef came out to apologize but it was already so negatively impacted it couldn’t do anything service was mediocre and the food wasn’t worth what they charged service was terrible almost 2 and a half hours for some French toast and a couple of lobster rolls is absurd for our food to be cold total came out to over 96 dollars never again just terrible waitress was rude and didn’t acknowledge anything had to ask 3 times for a coke just for it to be a can while the waitress sat at the bar playing on her phone it was actually pitiful Update after response: The food did not come out in 20 mins and the place was near dead when the two of us were there the “group of 10” were around 7 people and they came in after we ordered and they got there...

I just left the restaurant, and I was disappointed in the food and service. The staff were nice but disorganized. We arrived early, but I did not receive my first plate of food until an hour and a half later. The GM came out and said they were backed up, but it wasn't a full house. They need to use seafood batter for their shrimp/fish. The fish needed to be fried longer. It tasted like they used unseasoned flour. My 1st plate came, then 2nd plate about 20 minutes later, and then my friend's food came about 40 minutes later after the bartender apologized profusely and kept asking the cooks who came in and out of the kitchen where was her food. Really, my friend and I could not eat together, so she shared my plate.They rationed hot sauce and ketchup and gave us that in tiny cups. They offered us free drinks but did not want to discount our meals after the bartender attempted to make that request. The lamb chops were not cooked well. Also, the floors were noticeably dirty (need to be scrubbed daily) and dirty dishes remained on tables. Please review this feedback and strive to do better. Shoutout to the best chef in the 757—none other than Chef Cream! You can truly taste the love in every dish he prepares. Everything is seasoned to perfection.

On my very first visit, I was mesmerized by his crab cakes and the unforgettable strawberry French toast topped with a rich brown sugar glaze. It was so good, syrup wasn’t even necessary. The meal was so delectable that I returned a second time just to have it again.

Now on my third visit, I can honestly say Chef Cream has yet to disappoint. This time I tried the salmon bites with creamy grits, topped with a luscious cheese sauce—absolutely divine. To finish, I enjoyed a perfectly crafted lemon drop paired with warm, decadent bread pudding. The drizzle on that bread pudding instantly took me back to sweet childhood memories.

The experience was complete with an attentive staff who made me feel welcomed and the smooth sounds of old-school R&B in the background—pure vibes.
