Just my experience. Crashed my Spark and went to DJI website. It would fly, just hop and act as if it was confused.I assumed a sensor was bad, but idk. It had a few scratches on the X frame and top. Dominion Drones was the closest to me so I emailed them. They sent me instructions to ship it to them. The website said "We return most repairs within 2 weeks or less. We guarantee you a timely and convenient repair". Well not so much. I sent it in and quickly got a response that it was going need an X frame, front and bottom sensor to the tune of $275.00. What can you do especially if you don't know how to fix drones? I quickly paid the bill, not happy about it, but I did. As soon as I paid it I got an email stating one part would have to be ordered and it will take 2 weeks. No big issue, but after I stewed on it a few days I simply asked the to at least return every broken part that they replaced. Two weeks passed and I asked for an update. They said it was fixed and they would ship it on Monday. 8 days later I began to wonder where my drone was and why hadn't I gotten any shipping info. The next day I got an email stating they had forgotten to ship it and would do so soon. The next day I finally got some shipping info. It did arrive. It still had the same scratches as it did when it left me. Of course no broken parts were in the box. One would think that if the X frame was actually replaced, it would be different. I placed an order for a drone, and instead of just processing it like every other normal business, they demanded photos of my driver’s license and credit card — an outrageous and shady request. After I reluctantly sent the documents, they turned around and canceled my order without warning, blaming me for taking too long, even though I responded as soon as I saw the email. Then they admitted the real reason: the price went up and they didn’t want to honor the original deal.

I am a professional photographer and I have used my Phantom 3 P for aerial stills and video since March of 2016 accumulating over 100 hours. While inspecting my drone before a shoot, I noticed a crack on one of the arms under the motor - I took it in to the DJI store in Chesapeake and explained that I had shoots scheduled for the next day and asked if there was anyway they could get the bottom shell replaced same day.
