I ended up just refunding everything I ordered after seeing the employees had no gloves on, hair all out, scratching all in their braids while handling food in the kitchen, random guys running around trying to keep their baggy pants from falling down all in the kitchen (out of uniform), horseplaying around with female employees, etc. I asked the cashier if they were supposed to have gloves on and he rudely told me no, all nonchalant and smiling as if I shouldn't have asked that. I was inside and watched the young man working at the drive through window pick up some fries that were laying on the cash register surface and put them in a customers fry container. I ordered a large sweet tea and after receiving my cup, I found hair in it. I showed the emoployee who rang me uo and he gave me a new cup and I went to go put tea in it. I sipped my tea and it was SOUR AS HELL. I told them I wanted fresh tea. The cashier went to the back and walked back to the front with a large, uncovered cup full of tea and poured it into my cup while laughing and joking around with the employees and some guys who looked like they just came from playing basketball all in the kitchen sweating with jerseys on, laughing, scratching, coughing, etc. There was trash and food all over the kitchen floor and counter where registers are. It just looked so ghetto and my fellow Black people were looking really bad. The manager, a grown woman just looked like she didnt give a crap about nothing, walking in and out of the restaurant all loud and ghetto and laghing with the young folks, to talk to some guy outside in his car and not paying attention to all that was going on in the restaurant. I mean, where do they do that at? I told him cancel my order and I am never going back. I feel sorry for the people who ate those fries that were sitting on the register and picked up by the emloyee who was scratching his head, working the CASH register, and didn't at least wear gloves to put the old fries in their bag. I told everyone I talked to that night what happened and will do the same everytime someone mentions McDonald's. I am still in disbelief. This was thee worst experience I ever had at McDonald's. Only in...

Ordered breakfast yesterday for my friend and me. Wanted one chicken biscuit combo and one sausage mcgriddle combo. Was told the sausage mcgriddle did not have a combo, so I ordered all the pieces of the combo separately. Drive thru guy just could not understand and kept telling me it wasn't a combo. I finally had to directly tell him that I wanted to order all of the parts of the combo separately, and I also still wanted to get my friend's chicken biscuit combo. Got to the window, and he had only written down my part of the order. Had to have the pay window add my friends meal back and then had to wait for it to be cooked separately. I was ordering so long 3 cars from the other lane went ahead of me.
Came in for a late dinner tonight, and drive thru attendant was rude when I asked if they had a promotion going on. I asked for no onions on my burger, and it was never even heard. I ordered a Sprite, and had to turn back halfway home because I was handed my food, but not my drink. I came back, told her I never received my drink, and she handed me a drink just sitting there without even looking at my receipt or the drink to make sure I was receiving the right thing. Never received a straw for my...
Read moreWe were in the drive thru. I downloaded the MCD app and was ready to order. My order was 2/$4, sausage McMuffin and Bacon Egg N Cheese with a $1 hash brown (from the app) the girl taking the order became agitated, which was made clear by her deep sigh and change of tone in her voice. When she put the order in she had the wrong thing on the order board, a sandwich for $5. and another charge for $4. She continued to rush us as my son was attempting to get the first request correct and then add his order. Becoming frustrated with the attitude and being rushed to complete our order prematurely, I instructed my son to just leave. There was NO reason why us or anyone should have to deal with this Tyler of behavior. I understand that they were busy, however she reminded me of why we do not patronize this location. It is sad to have such young people, or anyone for that matter, Service the public in such a rude and unconcerning way. Please let this team management know that their employees need to realize that they choose to be there and represent a company that has been successfully ran for decades. I’m sure we weren’t the only ones who were presented with this attitude. It is a...
