I have preciously rated this place with a five rating. I always bring my K-9 dogs here for a treat. 4 months ago it was the day to do what we all dread. My Male shepherd Diesel was scheduled to be euthanized. I let the girl know how upset I was and that was his last treat as we were on the way to vets office to put him down. She really did seem to care and i thought she would put the last treat on the house. That was not the case. Full price have a nice day. To night I pull in with his replacement in a K-9 trailer behind my harley. After waiting 15 min to make it through the slow line they take my order and inform me I parked in a fire lane. There are no signs and no paint marking anything. So It seems they want me to load up the dog move the bike and trailer and get back in line. I have seen other customers that have gone through drive thru stop in this spot and eat. I am not law enforcement but it seems they have a problem with working dogs. These employees seem quite heartless which is contrary what they say. Product is great. No common sense in their operations and absolutely no compassion for their customers. Sad. If youāre African American, beware of this establishment. I came to Portsmouth today to enjoy a day with my children and I decided to order here. There are a lot of nonchalant kids working here and they failed at getting my order correct to begin with due to pure incompetence at the window. Instead of correcting my order (which was nice sized) they TOOK MY MONEY and REFUSED TO REMAKE my order after charging me TWICE for their own negligence. I now understand why there are folks making minimum wage because they lack professionalism and they are too busy on their cell phones. It all boils down to character and thatās all they deserve! THE OWNER RICK PENNINGTON also REFUSED to acknowledge a paying customer by politely resolving an issue that his establishment made and I will NEVER come to this sloppy place again.
