Wendy's — Restaurant in Portsmouth

This is consistently the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. AVOID THE WENDY'S ON FREDERICK BLVD! It's the closest one to my house but i will usually drive to one further away to avoid all the headaches this location causes. Once in a while I give them another chance and every time i have ended up regretting it. They usually forget part of my order and almost every time they have been are out if something, sometimes multiple things. The worst part is that the employees are rude and lazy. On two different occasions they told me they were out of the drink i ordered then the manager told me they had it in the other fountain. The employee was just too lazy to go get it. Last week, after waiting almost 10 minutes, they didn't give me a drink and a frosty i ordered so i had to go inside to get it and 3 of the employees were rude and acting as if i inconvenienced them by asking for the items i paid for. God forbid one should actually expect you to do the job you're getting paid to do. Don't work in food service if you can't be bothered with the...

In the two years this has been our local Wendy’s, it has been very rare to find that our order is correct. Last night was typical. After a long wait at the speaker, I placed my order for 3 meals and 3 medium chocolate Frostys and was charged what sounded like the right amount.

There was another wait to pay, then another wait parked at the door until our order was brought out.

Two Frostys were missing. The employee said that they only rang me up for one. I told her, “This is your mistake.”

“Not mine, I just got here.”

I clarified that it was the restaurant’s mistake. She went in and came back out with two small vanilla Frostys. I pointed out that this was still not what I had ordered.

“I don’t care,” she said, and went back inside.

This waa typical. Almost always they miss something, get a sandwich wrong, or are out of drink trays for six drinks/Frostys. “I don’t care”...

🖤 OK so naturally I am a well paying customer, me and my family are. Well, Every single time we come here to get some food and we are very nice and respectful because of common respect and courtesy, but the employees are very rude and disrespectful and with no manners and doesnt seem like they dont care about their jobs at all. I have been in the work force for 2 years, not only did I work At rally's, but working over at burger king and I tell you the experiences I get and going to other restaurants well let me just say I have had better service and respect fro people.
