Coffee Cottage — Restaurant in Post Falls

Update (May 23, 2025): We've been coming to The Coffee Cottage for over 15 years. We now live 3.5 hours away, but we come here MULTIPLE times when we come back to town. Our favorite splurge drink is The Father's Delight - a blended coffee drink with caramel, chocolate, and real peanut butter. YUM!! But they also make a delicious americano, mocha, Chai tea, and other drinks! The owner & manager are the most real down to earth ladies! The baristas are seriously always friendly!! And even if we see the gals once every 2 or 3 months, they still remember us! I'm shocked!!

A+++ customer service and coffee!

We went inside to put together some stuff for Christmas. The staff was professional, helpful, and kind! They were accommodating to us for big and small things and when we had an oopsie and spilled our coffee, they came and cleaned it up and never once made us feel bad about it (Al tho we felt terrible!!).

The shop was really clean, organized and decorated beautifully for the season.

They have won me over as a customer!

There are a lot of coffee shops around - some chain and some small. This one made you feel at home, and they truly cared about what they were doing. And had the yummy coffee and service to back it all up!!

They have a drive thru if your on the go, but if you are looking for someplace to sit and visit, don’t think twice, go...

Customer service is lost at this establishment. I have literally bought coffee here, 50+ times and this morning I pulled up, ordered my drink, handed the girl $100 bill and she said we don’t accept $100 bills… I stated I had 2, $1 dollar bills and three $100 bills. She just gave me a blank stare. I said I would think you would make some sort of accommodation for a regular customer. She said, there’s a sign right there that says we don’t accept large bills, take it up with the owners. Lol… classic… you lost 2 customers today… Treat people right, it’s...
