Warning doing business with Crafted Stone LLC, 1689 N Nicholson Center St., Post Falls, ID 83854 is not a good choice. They are very unprofessional, unreliable and poor workmanship. I don’t even know where to start. They were over 2 hrs. Late for their first appointment, 43 minutes late for their second appointment and 38 minutes late for the installation. They will ask you for 50% down before scheduling your appointment. If you decide to risk doing business with them I would strongly suggest only giving them 25% down and if they confirm their installation date then I would pay an additional 25%. When they quoted me she said if you give me 50% down I can put you on our schedule. I told her at that time that depending on when you can do the job will determine whether you get the job. She replied no problem we just got a whole truck load of that material in. So we can do it on the 14 of July maybe even sooner because we already have the material. I told her the 14th of July would be perfect for me. Friday the 11th of July we had not heard anything from them to confirm the 8:00 to 9:00 am start time on the Monday the 14th so I sent them an email to confirm they would be there, Nichole replied back stating she had to reschedule our appointment for July 24th ( didn’t you get my email?) I never received any email from her. I told her at that time that would not work for me, we would were scheduled to be out of state on the 24th. She said there was nothing she could do they didn’t have any material. I reminded her that she told they had just received an entire truck load and she had taken me into their warehouse to show me the material. She said if the 24th didn’t work for me she could see what her schedule looked like in August. I told her just leave it the way it setup for now on the 24th. Canceling our out state trip cost me over $ 2300.00. Then on the 24th at 9:00am they hadn’t showed up I told my wife if they are not here by 9:30am I was going get a hold of them at 9:07am I received a call from Josh saying they would be there in 30 minutes. Once they arrived they set up their laser level a they both said at that time Wow who ever installed these cabinets did a great job. To which my wife told them we did the installation of the cabinets. When they brought in the first piece I told the that we couldn’t move the stove/oven out of the kitchen because it was hard wired in. Josh said no worries where it was at they had plenty of room to get the stone in there. After they set the second piece of stone they were struggling with how to get the third piece in the kitchen to install it. I told them if you put the stove back where it belongs you can get your dolly in there. So they moved it and they set the stone in place. I ask them how they were going to attach the dishwasher to the countertop Josh said we will give you a bracket to attach your dishwasher from our trailer they proceeded to join the sink countertop to the peninsula countertop. When they were done I again asked for the bracket to attach the dishwasher to the counter they said they couldn’t find one but that they would bring one out tomorrow. They asked us to sign off on the job. Not only can you see the seam but you can feel that one side is higher than the other side. I told them at that time we would not be paying the balance of the bill until they bring us the bracket for the dishwasher. They said we could drive to the office and they would give us a bracket and we could pay the bill then. I told them absolutely not you can bring us the bracket and then we will pay the bill. I would highly recommend Justin. From the beginning him and his wife returned my phone call answered all my questions and had many options for different Countertops and sink for me. Very reasonable on price but more important the service that Justin gave to me I guarantee I could not get nowhere else in town. My schedule is busy and so he came out on a Saturday to do the template and have my counters installed about a week later. He kept in contact with me through the whole process and even recommended Things that a normal company would not of. He takes pride in his work. He even had me come to the shop and look at the slabs of quartz that I picked out to make sure I liked them.
