Fairway Floor — Local services in Post Falls

I am somewhat new to the area and didn't know Fairway Floor was here. One day a friend recommended them to me because he had a very good experience with them.

I stopped by and met with Ron and discussed the details of our job. I had been budgeting for some time to do our office based on another bid I obtained by a major flooring company in town. Ron came out and measured our office and we asked him to measure a few other rooms too so we could look at doing them later down the road.

I was so surprised when the bid came. His numbers to do all of our carpeting (not just our office) was just a few hundred higher than the other guys for just the office!!! We did it ALL right away.

The installers, Matt and Lyle, were very professional, worked hard the entire time they were here and were especially friendly to our high energy puppy who wanted to bug them way too much. They did great work, conversed with us throughout the project and were clean and timely.

The office staff was always friendly, professional and I just can't say enough how happy we are with the whole experience and product. Their store is very clean, well lit (with bright energy efficient LEDs) and they have a very good selection to choose from.

The Fairway team is just simply the best in the area and we will use them going forward and gladly refer them to our friends and family.

I honestly can't say enough positive things about Heather at Fairway Floor and her amazing customer service. I'm sure that she's extremely busy juggling numerous contracts and customers, but she never once made me feel that way. In fact, she made me feel like her only customer. It's not very often that I'm able to experience this level of quality customer service.

Being that I'm a first time home buyer, I developed many opinions about the whole process and unfortunately learned some things the hard way, however, Heather made choosing my flooring and tiling a very enjoyable experience. Her expertise and advise were invaluable and to be honest, I don't think I would have had the same experience if a different sales associate had worked with me.

Again, I want Fairway to know just how much I appreciated everything that Heather helped me with. She has definitely gained my business for all future home flooring endeavors...

I normally try to resolve issues by dealing with the company directly but I’ve had no luck. We are now taking this company to court to try to get resolution. We went into this store to pick out flooring for our commercial office. We told Gary exactly what it for. We used the product he recommended. 6 months and $10,000 later the flooring was buckling and peeling. They told us that we should have read the fine print on the bottom of the package that said we could not use rolling chairs on it. We never even saw the packages as we had it professionally installed. No warranty, no help, bad customer service: if you buy any product from them make sure to read the fine print on the packaging.
