Argento's Pizza Pottstown — Restaurant in Pottstown

I'm a regular customer who orders from here all the time. I usually have no complaints and am satisfied with my food, however there was a misunderstanding with my order my husband had placed and when I call to get it straightened out I didn't appreciate the attitude I was given and being hung up on as I was thanking them for making my replacement which I had told my husband to pay for and was about to apologize for my not so nice tone of voice I was hung up with an angry clap of the phone being slammed. I worked in customer service over ten years and no matter the complaint you always speak in a kind way and I most definitely didn't appreciate the attitude. Food is good but for the sole fact that I feel disrespected I won't be ordering from here again. I know of at least two people that work here that need a lesson in...

I'm extremely disappointed I usually order a California style cheese burger with butter on thr bun and loaded cheese fries no problem. Well let me tell you my burger was cold which grossed me out the woman on the phone told me "they don't have butter!?!?!" And If I wasn't so hungry I would have cancelled the order because I know they have or they been lieing for the past 4 years and I need my taste buds checked. The loaded cheese fries are gross and smelled sour and looked gross too and literally have a little sprinkle of bacon which I paid about $7 for mind you. First time I tried to eat here about 3 weeks ago I called to order a cheesesteak and fries at 9:32 p.m. and was told the grill was already turned off. Business closes at 10 not 9:32.

Tonight I picked up a calzone and fries, got in my truck and left. When I got to the place where I was going to eat...no sauce in the box...meal ruined. I am a pizza and calzone junkie, and after eating hundreds of calzones all over the country, I can confidently say this has never happened anywhere else. Sauce is a key component of a calzone. Also no ketchup included with the fries, which incidentally tasted like Jalapeño peppers/poppers.

The dry fries and dry calzone were of decent quality.

This is strike 2, I don't think I will go back...
