We got coney burger and 2 cali grilled chicken pretzel sandwiches and fries and itilian wedding soup . Coney burger was cold had to heat it up in the microwave and found a hair in it. Cali grilled chicken well it was alot of mayo and lettuce not enough onions and not really a sandwich more of a mess and fries were greasy and soft because there was to much grease . Looking forward to what my wife says about the soup and her cali grilled chicken pretzels sandwich but I'm sure she will agree with me . Was hoping for better but I guess when they remodel it doesn't mean anything in the actual cooking ! I walked in to pick up a phone order and stood at the counter. One employee was cleaning in the dining room and two employees were behind the counter cooking. I stood there for about 1 minute before I was acknowledge by any of them. While standing there, a woman behind the counter was taking grill items off the cook top, with tongs, and placing them into a bun that she was holding while not wearing gloves. The past 3 times I have ordered my food has been messed up. My buns have been hard. Wrong fries. I haven't said anything until today. But today is the icing on the cake. I asked for blt club with onions extra mayo and small order of cheesy curly fries (I also bought a bottle of soda) there were no onions. Bread barely toasted and soggy. Almost no chips. No cheese in the curly fries. I paid $13 so I over paid. And best part!!
