Please read 2nd edited review below. Edited review below. This location no longer so great. Dunkin Donuts on W Broad St across from Drs West Hospital is by far the best on this side of town. Great variety of drinks, donuts and fresh made hot or cold sandwiches. Double bonus the staff is very friendly and goes the extra mile for every customer. For example I go everyday and one day I forgot the money for my coffee and they gave it to me. If you're around please stop by. You won't regret it. You will regret going there now and I’m just editing my review because it used to be the best but after what happened today, you’re better off going somewhere else. I’m including photos of the disaster of an order they gave us and not only that my daughter was being burned by hot coffee and the employees were screaming at us to pull away from the window, refused giving us napkins and even refused to give me my receipt. The women inside kept screaming at us to pull away and saying it was my fault and that I spilled it. But as the photos will show, you’ll see they filled the cups to much, the drink carrier was soaking wet and falling apart before we got home and it took me and my daughter holding onto the drink carrier just to keep all the coffees from falling out. I’ve never been spoken to like that by anyone, let alone 4 grown women. I also understand that they’re short staffed but that doesn’t give them the right to act like this and not only that while we were at the window we could hear someone trying to order food and the manager said to just tell them no. No reason for any of this behavior. Especially when it comes to hurting one of my children and they didn’t care. So after this last visit where I was screamed and cussed at plus them burning my daughter and refusing to give me napkins. The 4 women who worked there when this happened is no longer employed here and thank goodness for that because they shouldn’t be in this industry, at all. Now that there’s new employees, everyone is so sweet, helpful and caring. Just amazing people who are so good to me always. I only have to say hey it’s Jamie at the speaker and all I have to do is pull up to the window because they know my order by heart and I absolutely love that. Everyone knows my name and is so sweet and kind. They always go out of their way to make me smile and i really appreciate it. I can’t say enough good things about these people. You won’t regret going here now. Plus their food is great, especially the double chocolate donuts. They were out the other day and only had regular chocolate and they went out of their way to put frosting on them for me because every day I go there they’re always out of them, they sell very fast so they wanted to make sure I had my favorite donuts. No one anywhere else would do that. Please stop here, you won’t regret it!...

When I asked for the last time the donuts was made brianna said 3:00pm. My issue with that is every time I go to this location the donuts are always hard. They are never fresh and I have to have them make fresh donuts each time. Some people give me a hard time some people don't. I asked brianna is there anyway she can make fresh donuts stated rudely no. Politely I asked to speak with the manager she said there is no night time manager and if there werethey still can't make donuts because the dough is frozen. I asked to speak with a manager because I don't like the way she was talking to me. As I was leaving I seen a manager in the store. I go there a lot so I know who the managers are. So when I returned the next day i wanted to speak with the manager to let her know my experience and to order donuts. I was craving donuts really bad. I explained my bad experience. she was nonchalate, spoke to me rudely, and didn't care about the situation; she was very nasty....that made me feel uncomfortable. You can tell no matter what happens the employees feel comfortable being disrespectful. They are very comfortable in their position because as she was talking they were clearly laughing in my face about the situation. I ignored it I just wanted to get my donuts and leave because I felt that they did not care. She was still treating me badly where I just left. Some people make it as if the customers are now replaceable and their employees aren't. They know nothing about customer service that exceeds all expectations. Read moreOn July 22nd I ordered what I normally order, light and sweet coffee with an everything bagel with butter. My co-worker was with me and she ordered a medium hot chocolate. When waiting I realized that we did not get the hot chocolate. I spoke with the manager and he stated it wasnt charged, I paid and he gave us the chocolate that was never rung up. The next day after work, July 23rd I go an get my usual, this time they did not charge for the bagel. At this point I am like the employee needs to be accountable for the on-going error in 2 days. Mr. Milan the manager said "I am not giving you a free bagel" I stated I am not asking for a free bagel, but your employees needs to listen and take the order without the constant messing up. I asked for the head quarter, because Mr. Milan was rude, not customer centric and made me feel as if I was just asking for a free bagel. Then he gave me the number to the store and said his boss Mr. Surrender will be available later as he is busy. Called today July 24th and spoke with Mr. Milan he now says Mr. Surrender is an employee and not manager. I will normally would not go this far, but the language barrier is an issue, or the cashiers are not paying attention which causes a delay and time wasted. I am going to write a report and send it to the consumer bureau, because Mr. Milan is a rude lying individual and its not at all worry about reviews, customers or anything for that matter.
Will never go there again. Will tell all my co-workers and friends of the rudeness, barrier of language. I will send a letter to the highest of the highest for the principal of customer service is everything...
