Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Prairie Township

Words cannot describe how horrible this place is went in they took my money for $40 worth of food they had two items done told me it would be a couple minutes I waited 10 minutes they had a couple more items done then told me that my pizza had been discontinued and let me stand there that entire time and didn’t make me another pizza told me they had tried to call even though I watched online and the pizza said it was done I told them to cancel the order and as I walk Out the door this female with a bunch of tattoos on her arm Who had lied to me since the beginning and let me stand there and seem to think it was all funny called me a derogatory name I was just gonna let it go and left but then decided that I had gave them cash and forgot to get my money back I go back in and they to begin with say I never paid anything and make me wait and then they deny ever using any profanity a gentleman behind her an older man ,you think would tell the truth unlike the young kids who work the register said she didn’t say anything just flat out lied .It was like something out of a movie you’re waiting for someone to jump out and say hey man this was all a joke but it wasn’t a jokethis place is open and can even call it self a business . We have probably spent 200)or $300 at this place in the past three or four months and this is what you get . Sad but true you just have to go down on Sullivant and it’s better unbelievable .Think about it it’s better down there what’s that say...

It's a shame we can't give 0 stars. I ordered from here for the 1st time. The delivery time kept getting pushed farther and farther away so it wound up being almost an hour later than the original estimated delivery time. No problem, places get busy. BUT the pizza came stone cold and with no sauce and the garlic bread sticks had about 4 drops of garlic sauce on them. I got an e-mail from Papa Johns the next day asking how they did, so I told them. They sent me a coupon for a free medium pizza. Fast forward a few weeks, I figure I'll give them another go. After and hour and a half wait (est delivery time 55-65mins), my pizza finally came. It was supposed to be cheese, but it had onions, banana peppers, pepperoni, and sausage on it. I call them, and they tell me that if I call back in 24-48hrs they'll give me a free pizza. Well, what about tonight? I had just waited an hour and a half for dinner. I asked for a manager who said they'll get a cheese pizza out for me the same night. After an hour and 40mins...still no pizza. I called them and they hadn't even sent it out yet so I cancelled it. So, 2/2 times they messed up and didn't really care about fixing the problem. I'll stick with Domino's or Little Caesars. I don't mind mistakes, because those happen. But to wait over 3 hours for a simple cheese pizza and to never get it is not...

I went to order a pizza today through the online app. I accidentally ordered for pickup because I had the settings set to my last order which was pick up when my husband was home. I realized my mistake when the pizza tracker showed it was for pickup. I don’t drive and so I called the store and the associate was very helpful did his best to try and make it for delivery and just have me pay the rest of the fee, after a few minutes of trying he was unable to adjust it in the computer. So he kindly cancelled my order and refunded my money. Immediately my money was refunded and my Papa Johns $10 pizza awards credit I had used was also refunded. I was able to place a second order right away and have it delivered to my house. The delivery man Charles M. was so nice and friendly. He told me they made me a fresh pizza for me right after I placed the second order to ensure I had a perfect experience and fresh pizza. I have been under a lot of stress recently and this man’s kindness and the kindness of the store staff really meant a lot to me and so I wanted to leave this nice positive review. I usually order from here about once a week or so. The picture I am including, the pizza is half gone and I was so hungry when it got here I ate it right away, so this is after it has been sitting in the fridge for a bit. It...
