Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Prairie Township

I've ordered from this location a few times if I have other business in the area. This location is for carryout only. The pizza hut where I live is no longer in business.

I'm a fan of their bread sticks. The dipping sauce container for them is smaller than it used to be, and it's not enough. This was a company wide change. I noticed it at the local store before they went out of business. You can order extra for $0.75 for a little tiny cup.

I've never had a pizza issue here before this, but my last order of a lg 5 topping, lg 3 topping, double bread sticks and a Red pepper shaker, was not what I'd come to expect from Pizza Hut.

There were plenty of toppings on the pie, but none of them were anywhere near the crust. They were just piled in the center.

There were no discernible cut lines in either of the pies. It literally looked like it was cut by beating it with a rock that wasn't sharp. I couldn't get a piece out of the box without it coming apart. It was undercooked and too limp to fold, and the toppings just fell off.

I added mozzarella cheese on top of it and rebaked it at home to hold it together, recut it, and ate it with a fork. I wasn't going to drive the 18 miles to take it back, and i can't afford to just throw it away.

I am strongly dissatisfied with last night's order!! First, my pizza's came to my house with a different time stamp than I was originally given. At first it was suppose to be 8:56pm then it changed too close to the arrival time to 9:24pm. Secondly, the pizza's came to my house with contact of the delivery driver instead of a contact less order. We choose this because we still much rather have no interaction with the driver. Do we even even read the customer's preferences? This has happened before. This is personal preference, we would like for our wishes to be respected. Especially, since I am paying you. Thirdly, the pizza's came with no black tab closed shut, this was a safety concern for my family. Fourthly, the pizza's were cold. How is it that they come made and cold. Paid $47.75 for cold pizza, I might as well got frozen pizza's for this type of result. Lastly, that isn't even the worst part.. The app said a woman was to deliver my pizza, instead a random male passenger was the one who delivered the pizza. I saw the driver, she did that while she stayed in...
