New Fortune China — Restaurant in Prairie Township

I had not been to the Chinese restaurant for a few years due to a move. Then I moved back into the area and yesterday was the first time that I thought I’d go back in order some food because their food has always been excellent quality and customer service well I ordered the chicken and broccoli and when I got home, and opened it the fried rice was not fried rice. It was a dark brown, almost black no vegetables all stuck together and mushy. The broccoli was soft and flimsy. The sauce had a funny taste to it and it was slimy and clumpy so I called to speak with a manager and was told by the employee there which was a female employee that the manager was not in so before I can even say anything else she hung up on me I called back for other times and the same thing she hung up on me every single time one time she even put the phone to their fax machine in the fax machine came on, so I decided just hop in my car is only a 10 minute drive took my food back, went to the restaurant The same lady was there from the previous time and asked her to speak to manager again she told me manager not here and I said OK understand that I said, but I called several times and you hung up on me every single time and she was told you manager not here. I said well I need to speak to someone to get a refund back on my order because the food was absolutely disgusting And she just proceeded to tell me that manager not there. I said I get manager not there but there can be someone else to refund me my money so she eventually refunded back the money and I asked her if I could have the managers name and she pretends to tell me that she doesn’t know the managers name and I’m like how do you not know the manager name if you work for the manager and she Close the window abruptly and just walked off worse Customer Service experience ever I’ve never had an experience like this at any Chinese restaurant she was the rudest person that you could ever speak with, and I would never ever ever go back there and I would never ever recommend anyone going back there. Horrible business! Worse service, I've eaten there, due to fact they are only place for delivery. Today I call & I'm told delivery is out of the blue raised up to a $15. minumum (which just takes away frm the $5. tip I always give delivery ppl). I haven't ordered in 6weeks. I call bac 30 minutes later to order my $15. worth of food, guess what, now they don't deliver, I'm in a business & can't leave which I'm only 1 shopping center & 1block away frm them, yes very easy for me to just walk, if I cud leave I cud be there in 5minutes walking time maybe 6mins. but now they DONT DELIVER!!!!!! Oviously they have toooo much biz to even consider passing out menus to the local businesses (which I've requested in the past), WELL IT'S OVIOUS THEY DONT WANT OUR AMERICAN BUSINESS! SO WHY OPEN A RESTRAUNT IN AMERICA? JUST SO THEY CAN STEAL OUR AMERICAN MONEY TO SEND BAC TO THEIR COUNTRY (TOO BAD OUR GOVERNMENT DOESNT PAY ATTENTION TO THE PRACTICES THEY USE TO PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES TAX FREE, EVER NOTICE HOW MANY SPANISH SPEAKING INDIVIDUALS WORK IN CHINESE RESTRAUNTS? & THEY CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH,HMMM.) WE TALK ABOUT AMERICANS HIRING ILLEGALS, BUT WE DNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE OTHER IMMIGRANTS HIRING ILLEGALS, PUTTIN THEM IN TORE DOWN HOUSIN (AS THEIR PAYMENT) 6 TO 10 ILLEGALS (CANT SPEAK ENGLISH) IN A 3BEDROOM HOME. So they're pretty rude and ordering can be a bit difficult. Place is a bit run down and nowhere to eat inside at all. Not in the best part of town. And honestly not the cleanest place I've seen. BUT NONE OF THAT MATTERS, THE FOOD IS A+++++++ Especially the Egg rolls!!!! They have THE BEST egg rolls of anywhere I've found in Columbus!! No weird/extra stuff in them, just old school Chinese/American style fried egg rolls with the perfect crust and great sweet & sour sauce! Prices are also decent for the amount of food you get. Again I'll say the egg rolls @ only $1.50 are perfection!!! General TSO is pretty good as well. Only complaint I could really give the food was that there wasn't enough rice.
