I'm giving them 3 stars because the items I purchased were tasty. However, the lady at the counter was rude. I asked if they had "conchas" and she replied, "you should come earlier." Then I asked what an item's flavor was, she's mistook what I meant, and started listing the ingredients. I told her that I meant the flavor and if it had any filling. Another rude response. Then an older lady walked in from the back, and she was way more friendly and informative. Either way, that'll probably be the last time I go there. I don't know about anyone else, but customer service goes a long way with me. So, if you don't care about getting attitude or smart remarks, then this place should...

Excellent experience, this business is family owned and the atmosphere is really that of a family-owned business.

Awesome, thorough customer service -- they patiently took care of everything I needed, there was free coffee to drink while I shopped. They have freshly made chicharrones and pumpkin seeds you can purchase by the pound, with normal panaderia fare made fresh every day, from my understanding. I plan to come back and recommend them to all my friends.

I bought this cake for my son's birthday at the last minute. They have 3 Milk cakes already made in the fridge. Out of the 2 choices left ,it was either chocolate or hot pink barbie colored cake for my 14 year old boy. The taste was pretty good, but it was certainly lacking in presentation. The cake was slanted like the leaning tower 🤣 and a gaping hole in the middle of the cake. This minor detail was not visible when I took it out of the fridge due to condensation, so I didnt notice when I bought it. Aside from all that and making my entire family laugh and make fun of this cake, it tasted pretty good 👍

Compré este pastel para el cumpleaños de mi hijo en el último momento. Tienen pasteles de Tres leches ya hechos en la nevera que es muy conveniente. De las 2 opciones que quedaban, era pastel de chocolate o de color rosa intenso de Barbie para mi hijo de 14 años. El sabor era bastante bueno, pero ciertamente le faltaba presentación. El pastel estaba inclinado como la torre inclinada 🤣 y un enorme agujero en el medio del pastel. Este pequeño detalle no se vio cuando lo saqué del frigorífico debido a la condensación, así que no me di cuenta cuando lo compré.
