What makes it Sonoran? The tortillas de harina AKA flour tortillas. That is the base of what starts a great taco. Ordering is simple. There are touchscreens and you choose a taco, burrito, quesadillas or skinny tacos (lettuce instead of tortilla). Each section includes the filling which are adobada (pork), Beef, chicken or mushrooms.

The awesome owner, Ricky, explained you just get the tacos as is and you add whatever you want like a taco stand. Onions, cilantro, lime, cucumber, radishes, and a selection of four salsas. We were referred to try out TakoTako and so glad we did. I had the steak quesadilla with Chihuahua cheese and two steak tacos. You all amazing. I only gave a 4 for atmosphere as they just opened and are still getting this put together. Food came out quick, hot and so delicious.
