Subway — Restaurant in Kansas City

At this location yesterdayI ordered $20 worth of food to be delivered to my work.I ordered at 11:30 online and by 1:30 I still had not received the order. At that point I started calling. I have literally called for 2 days. No one answered. I have called 15 times at varying times. I then tried to reach Corp. Any complaints are done online. So I get online and fill the whole forms out. It gets to the part that it asks for store number. FROM MY RECIEPT I found that number. The form said invalid store number. I checked the store number numerous places. All had same number I entered. So corporate does not take calls. And you can't get past the store number on form, to send the form. So after 2 work days the store has never answered their phone. I'm out $20....

My wife went here and the two ladies working- one sitting in the booth and the other watching tv on her cellphone. The ladies were annoyed to serve her, and appeared to be having difficulty staying awake while making the sandwich. My wife said there was no fresh bread in the normal oven/breadrack and the lady went to an odd stack of random bread sitting out to make the sandwich after looking through the obviously empty oven. I was appalled to hear my wife retell the experience and am leaving this post to let others know not to go to this particular subway at 7pm on Thursday's. I would give 0 stars if I could. Man, I love Subway. Just not this one. More often than not they mess up an order, and their staff are discourteous. Today, I didn't realize until I was back at the office that they forgot the meat that goes on a Spicy Italian. I finally get back up there for them to correct it, and they just looked at me like I was crazy. Rolled their eyes, and mumbled their whatever's. They did end up remaking it for me and exchanging the sandwich. However, after this latest mistake, and witnessing how they treat not only myself but their other customers while I was in line, I think I'll start going to another location in the future.
