McDonald's — Restaurant in Prattville

The McDonalds on south Memorial drive in Prattville Al has very rude staff. They give attitudes to customers on a dear daily basis at least in my opinion. I frequent this McDonalds because it is very close to my job. I've had problems with them at breakfast and at lunch so surely it isn't the same people. I've ordered an Iced caramel macchiato and on my receipt it said iced but when they hand it to me it was hot. I told them and in front of me they took the hot coffee and poured it over ice. Since I was in the drive through and running late for work I went on and left but I think that was rude on a very high level nor is that correct, the ice melted in my drink and it tasted awful. Another problem I have with them is when I order a chicken mcgriddle through drive through I always ask them to use the crispy southern chicken patty instead of the spicy patty that comes on it. I pay the upcharge and when I get to work every time it is the spicy one and when I leave my job and go back there to get it corrected they tell me I just need to ask for a crispy patty. But I don't understand that because on my receipt I was up charged for the non spicy patty so didn't I already do that? And then today I went through the drive through and ordered chicken tenders I wasn't asked what kind of sauces I wanted she told me to just pull around so when I did I asked for the sauces I wanted. the girl at the window very rudely told me that I should have asked for it at the intercom that it wasn't free you know. I told her I don't mind paying for it I didn't ask for it at the window because I thought it came with it and they told me to pull around. she pretty much through them at me and the girl behind her said they aren't free I said ma'am I don't mind paying for it and the first woman again rudely says your holding up the drive through and I don't have a register to charge you so next time just remember when you order. I think this is very rude and its had me mad and upset for the past hour I think if you don't have any decent customer service experience or if you just don't know how to be a decent human that isn't rude you shouldn't work with the public but this McDonald's seems to be ok with being rude and unprofessional so even though its going to put me going out of my way I will not be going to this...

I work right down the road from this store, so my coworkers and I don't have much choice for lunch. However, EVERY order this month has been incorrect, and we go there 3-4 times a week. I'm very disappointed. After every visit, I always go online and fill out the survey, and I know they look at them but it never seems to do any good. The cashiers are ALWAYS rude, a bunch of high school teenagers, and the managers are even worse. I have seen cooks come out of the bathrooms without washing their hands, crew members on their phones constantly, heard cussing from the back complaining about the customers (while we can hear them). What really set me off though was my husband just went through there to bring me food and surprise me. He got a McChicken with NO MAYO and NO PICKLE. They assured him there would be no mayo and said that it doesn't even come with pickle on them so that would be no problem. When he brought me my sandwich.... the bread was so soggy with mayo that you couldn't pick it up and had so many pickles on it that it was dripping. Tell me that's good, HEALTHY customer service! If I could give this location negative stars I would.It never fails every time I come to this location the service is poor. Tonight I had a small order of cookies and chicken sandwhich meal. They ask me to pull up I did the young lady came out handed me cookies and I asked her where’s the rest of my meal. She shrugged her shoulders and quoted I don’t know about all that I just bringing the cookies out . I waited 10 more minutes for my food mind you they already had me out here for 25 mins. I finally walked in no ones at the counter finally the manager was like whose Ram pulled up and sent a worker out I stopped them told them it’s mine I’m missing food . They all looking crazy like I’m lying and then the manager told them to give me a chicken sandwhich still forgetting my fries until I reminded them . When I was walking out one of the young ladies was upset a DoorDash order came through and was like I’m tired of DoorDash someone else come fill this order.
