Filthy filthy filthy… first off let me stress my usual about the area itself. These Starbucks is so poorly placed location wise it’s not even funny. It’s squeezed in a tight little corner near some other restaurants where I promise once you ride through the drive through area if you don’t change your freaking mind about ordering you better. The zoning and code enforcement in Prattville should be dining these businesses so much that they beg corporate for a new building. It is utterly disgusting back there. I refuse to order a drink or anything because of how nasty the dump area is. I’ve gotten drinks before when going inside which is also not very well cleaned and kept. The service is usually wonderful. Have had great cashiers everytime. Idk when it got so nasty in the dumpster area but the last maybe four times my husband has gone I literally turn it down it makes me cringe to see such filth where I plan to eat. The restaurants including Starbucks could do a much better job disposing of waste and on top of that I’ve never been to any state or city where the damn dumpster is right where you order your food. And it’s always overflowing trash all over the grounds just disgusting. They get a poor grade for that. I will say that on certain days the service is shotty inside. It depends on who is there. There was like a dark haired woman not sure of her racial identity but she didn’t even greet us or other customers she looked straight miserable. Especially considering most the other cashiers and workers are sooo nice and welcoming. She was just a Debbie downer spirit. I can’t wait until the new one opens across town and I just pray they don’t use any of the negative energy people an that they keep it clean because if they do this one will likely be shut down out of business like many other Prattville businesses. At this point they need to hire me for city of Prattville beautification and code enforcement cause baby I’d have these businesses on their toes all the way together. Nobody likes to get fined. At this point in my life journey this is why I diy and make everything at home because the restaurant industry customer service industry just has changed terribly or maybe it’s just this area where I’ve seen such filth I don’t want it anymore. Chicago has terrible service and they may forget a food item if you don’t check your bag but filth isn’t an issue lol. I’ll take good service but not over...

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the lack of empathy shown by the manager at my local Starbucks store regarding my recent complaint.
On Sunday July 30, 2023 I visited the [2588 Cobbs Ford Rd ] Starbucks and ordered two Impossible Sandwiches. Unfortunately, upon receiving my order, I was disheartened to discover that the sandwich was served cold, which greatly impacted my overall dining experience.
Feeling dissatisfied with my purchase, I called the store manager to share my concern and disappointment. However, instead of showing understanding or offering a sincere apology, the manager displayed a lack of empathy and dismissed my complaint as insignificant. He replaced my order, but once again it was warm to the touch but cold as ice in the center!
As a loyal Starbucks customer for years, I had expected better treatment and a more caring response from the manager. The complete disregard for my feedback left me feeling undervalued and disregarded as a customer.
In today's competitive market, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance, and it is disheartening to witness a manager, who should be a key representative of the company, displaying such indifference towards customer grievances.
I sincerely hope that Starbucks takes this matter seriously and addresses the issue promptly. Training the staff, especially the managers, in handling customer complaints with empathy and respect is crucial in maintaining the brand's reputation and ensuring customer loyalty.
I kindly request a formal acknowledgment of my complaint and assurance that steps will be taken to improve customer service at the said location.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary actions to rectify the situation and enhance the overall customer experience at Starbucks.
Sincerely,
Former...
Read moreI was here Thursday (8/4) with my mom and we mobile ordered two shaken espressos. This is our regular order & it’s almost always right. We were traveling & so this wasn’t my usual store I get them from. My drink was good but a lot more milky than normal, but it was fine. My mom’s drink had over a cup of heavy cream in it and was almost pure white. Her drink was a grande shaken espresso with no classic syrup, heavy cream, & light ice. I worked at Starbucks for 3 years so I know how shaken espressos are suppose to be made. I ordered hers with light ice, because typically the shaken espressos have a ton of ice in them and foam (which I love) but I knew my mom wanted a little more heavy cream than would typically come in a shaken espresso, but less than an iced latte. And usually, it’s perfect ordered like that. It had maybe 3 ice cubes in it. We were eating lunch outside so my mom finished hers and then went back in to have it remade (maybe 10 minutes) & the first thing they said was that it was “watered down” and so white because it had been sitting. It was 10 minutes…& still full. she told me that the lady who made it put ice directly in the cup, & then poured two shots in (grande comes with 3) & then filled it up with hwc. My mom didn’t know it was suppose to be shaken or she would have said something. It’s called a SHAKEN espresso because it’s suppose to be shaken and that creates foam. The lady was incredibly rude & looked at my mom and went “this is the ice. This is the shots. And the rest is hwc.” Incredibly rude service and absolutely ridiculous. Learn how to make the drinks correctly, please! We ended up throwing...
