I have been to many Chipotle's across the country...I love their food and it is definitely a go-to restaurant for me when I want a quick, delicious meal. However, after ordering at this particular restaurant over the last eight months over 10 times, NOT ONCE have they been quick, and usually the food is cold by the time I eat it. This Chipotle definitely ranks as the worst one I have ever been to.
The service is slow and the workers act like they are overworked and need more help (in my opinion, they definitely need more workers or they need to stop taking delivery orders. They simply don't have enough people up front to make it work like it should). If there is more than 8 people in line, it takes about 40 mins before you can expect to get through the line. [This happened to me yesterday...I wasn't surprised because I always wait a long time in line if I attempt to order in person here. Also, they didn't wrap my burrito right and their work station was dirty.]
Their online food delivery service is spotty...you cannot count that your food will be ready in the time it tells you for pick-up. [Used this service twice, it was only ready on-time once. Plus, pretty much every time I have been waiting to order food in line I almost always see customers waiting for their to-go orders because they weren't at their mobile station by the time the customer arrived.] In addition, it has NEVER been delivered to my house within the time slot given me, and by the time it arrives the food is very cold (used this service 4 times...not doing it again).
I give this restaurant 3 stars because even though I can't remember ever having a warm burrito from this restaurant before, the food is still delicious. However, if I am rating based on service I give...

Read moreInconsistent location. I've been on the fence as to whether or not to write this review, but I feel like saying something to the manager doesn't send the right message. The company needs to understand that this store does not meet their standards. I've been eating at Chipotle for 19 years. This particular store is hit or miss. Tonight I showed up about 2 hours before closing. The food behind the counter looked unappealing as though it had been sitting all day. I wound up going with a barbacoa burrito, as the shredded beef looked ok and I figured it would be the best of what they had on hand. The white rice was crunchy. The meat was not hot (possibly being held at an unsafe temperature?). The guac seemed thin - more like a sauce in consistency than the chunky guacamole I'm accustomed to at Chipotle. The green tomatillo salsa was nearly flavorless and definitely tasted old.
I think my biggest issue is that I've been to this particular store at least a dozen times in the past, and it's always a gamble whether or not it's going to be good or bad. I hope the management reads this and takes my comments seriously. I love Chipotle, which makes it even more disappointing when the food that I'm really looking forward to enjoying turns out to be lackluster and borderline inedible. Crunchy rice is so easily avoidable. Why would you serve this without tasting it?
There is a lot of competition out there for restaurants these days. I paid $11 for a very disappointing burrito (yes, $11 for a single barbacoa burrito with guacamole). It's getting to the point where I don't think I can afford to gamble on a visit to...
