American Deli Inc Is a franchise owned by individuals, so this rating is for the specific franchisee at the Prattville location. For starters the building is new, so that’s always a plus, unfortunately they cheaped out on the chairs and the backs of them are installed incorrectly. The establishment is nice , and the cashier was friendly. Their CC processor froze while I paid so I had to wait about 10 minutes to pay. The food took about 25 minutes , compared to other locations taking 6-9 minutes. Food wise it’s the same as any other location so the consistency is there. I recently visited American Deli and was really impressed with their food! The wings were the highlight for me—crispy, juicy, and coated with the perfect amount of sauce. I tried the lemon pepper and hot wings, and both were spot on. The Philly cheesesteak was also delicious, packed with flavor and served on a fresh roll.

The portions are generous for the price, which is always a plus. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the service can be a bit slow during peak hours, but the food quality makes up for it. They were my fav when traveling through Prattville it was a must but yesterday was disappointing, they have changed their wings that are now smaller than wingettes; which is fine but don’t go up on your prices in the process and some of the wings were not clean as pictured below which is yucky! The server was very nice.
