Waffle House — Restaurant in Prattville

Waitress Nichole was great! She made sure we stayed full on drinks and anything we needed we promptly got!

While watching the cook, Adam prepared our food. He was scraping the wooden countertop with a sharp cutting knife, gathering pieces of steak that fell off the sandwich, then used the knife to scoop up the food and place on top of the sandwich I mentioned it to the waitress, and he noticed I wasn't happy and came over. I explained that I didn't think wood and pieces from other sandwiches should be scraped up and placed on another sandwich. He agreed, understood where I was coming from, and apologized. He also offered to make another sandwich. I had already scraped off the toppings and the outer layer of bread from the sandwich, so I declined the offer.

My biggest complaint is the way that Adam treated the waitresses. Degrading, belittling, and just plain hateful to them women. They don't deserve to be treated like that. Especially in a restaurant right in front of customers. My wife and I noticed it instantly after we sat down. There was another table right behind ours that was talking about his treatment of the waitresses also. All in all, i would come back so long as he is not...

Tierra was our server, and she was wonderful. From the friendly welcome with the prettiest smile, to the fast as lightning service, Tierra was amazing!! Another young lady, Skyler made sure the tables were clean and the floors were free of debris. The cooks made the best waffles, and the bacon was perfect! We are new to the area and I’m certain this will be one of our favorite places for breakfast. I can say with certainty that this was the most efficiently run WaHo I’ve ever been to. I’m in my 50’s and I’ve been to A LOT of them throughout my life. Please pass along to everyone how much we loved eating here. The staff worked like a well oiled machine, and watching them interacting with one another just proves they know the meaning of teamwork. This places gives a new meaning to “good food fast.” If I could underline fast I would. By far the best Waffle House I have ever been to and I’ve been to a lot. The food is so fast, that by the time your drinks come out, and your stirring in the creamer and sugar in your coffee the food is right behind it. Seriously, over half the time we went there, the food was out within seconds of us getting our drinks. I will say too, the mostly lively crew I’ve seen work at Waffle House in the mornings. They were so nice and welcoming that around thanksgiving last year, they covered our bill and we didn’t pay a single cent for breakfast. It was very nice for being repeat customers.
