By the Bucket - Prescott Valley AZ — Restaurant in Prescott Valley

We were visiting for Spring Break & staying in Prescott. My daughter really wanted spaghetti with meatballs so I googled this place (we have eaten at BTB in our hometown) & it said it was open until 8p. The weather was cold & rainy but I decided to make the drive anyway. I pulled up at 7:40 to locked doors. They close at 7:30. I called to see if this was a recent change cause I wasn't happy. She said they always close at 7:30 & she has no control over online things. So basically not her problem. I thought I had dinner covered. Total disappointment. Until I found Ciao Bella (next to Fry's) & realized it was a blessing in disguise. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs, garlic knots & the crispy brussel sprouts & it was the best meal ever with great takeout service. Although we had a better meal then we would have had at BTB, not keeping your business logistics accurate & updated online is not acceptable & inconsiderate to customers using this information to patronize the business. We decided to try BTB. First, it is just take out, which we were doing anyways. They were out of brownies and lettuce so we couldn't do the family meal we wanted to try. OK, it happens, so we decided to order a variety to try it out. From a recommendation of another customer we tried the meatballs, and garlic bread. Then we had a family size bucket with pink sauce and a large bucket of mac n cheese. The meatballs were really good. I would go back for more. The garlic bread was good when eaten fresh. The spaghetti was dry and not enough sauce to make it enjoyable. The sauce was good just didn't get enough to cover spaghetti. The family bucket was barely half full. I was very disappointed by the portion. We ordered a family bucket because we have a family and it says feeds 4 people but that half bucket would not feed 4 adults (or 2 adults and 2 teens). The gentleman who answered our call when ordering was incredibly helpful with all my questions and patient with me while I tried to figure out what we needed for the group of people we were feeding. I took a picture of their current menu as of 10/03/24. We were feeding about 8 people and went with the Family Meal Deal x2 (different from the family bucket). It was well worth it.
