PV Water Wheel — Restaurant in Prescott Valley

Water wheel is a great place to go. They are very customer service oriented, they make their customers feel like they are part of their family as far as their business goes. They have the compartments to fill your water inside or you can pull around and just drag the hose to your car and fill your bottles inside your car if you have many to fill as I do every time I go in. They've opened up another section next to them and opened a very nice restaurant along with the water place have a big selection of food plus their ice creams and shavings. I won't get my water anywhere but this place. They are great people here, have a wonderful business since and are great with each customer they deal with good or bad. Writing this review because of the beautiful human beings who own this business. My husband and I have been a customer at this location for years and we have always been happy. But recently when my husband had a hernia surgery, he inquired whether or not they could deliver. They don't TYPICALLY do this, but the man and woman who own the business now didn't hesitate to offer to deliver while he recovers from his surgery! We are GOBSMACKED by this old-fashioned community service and incredibly appreciative of their generous offer. Husband dropped off the empties and pretty soon the owner would bring them to our house, full. We tipped generously, of course. People like this will make us support their business for EVER. I wish i could say i had the same experience as most. I came in looking to rinse and fill my bottle. I asked where to fill and dump he pointed. I got it wrong and he was annoyed. Here's an idea when asked a question regarding your place of employment. Don't be vague. Not everyone has been in your water wheel and is familiar. I'm put off by the customer service here. The older gentlemen doesn't even look like he wants to be there. If you're a grump. Customer service isn't for you.

I ended up walking out and not being helped and unless other water stations close down it's fair to say i will not spend my dollars at this water store. Customer service...
