Starbucks — Restaurant in Prescott Valley

I go out of my way every morning to go into this Starbucks. I drive past a drive through & go to the Safeway location for the single fact that I know it’ll be a great experience regardless if they are busy or not. They call me by my name, smile & ask how my morning is. They truly make it an amazing experience. I got a grande latte half foam and half coffee. What a rip off. Last Veterans day I went there and asked if they had any specials for Veterans the person behind the counter said no and not even a discount. So I said then I would not go to that place again Then I thought I would give them another chance. Never again. They have just gotten way to big. I used to spend a lot of money there....
