Dough Boyz Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Prescott Valley

Ordered pizzas and breadsticks on Christmas Eve for delivery via door dash the breadsticks were burnt not edible we called to have them refund us just for the burnt breadsticks they said we had to drive the breadsticks back to town we live in Dewey which is why we ordered delivery in the first place she said sorry deal with it. I asked to talk to the manager manager is out for the holidays and we asked for her number and tried calling. No answer and mailbox is full. Guessing due to lots of complaints. By far the worst customer service ever. We have businesses here locally and have over 8000 potential customers we will make sure they do not order from here anymore. Why would I drive all the way back to town for a refund and bring the shitty food back with me. Why would you not offer to make fresh and send them out or a refund. Ridiculous. All of our office meetings etc will no longer use this business I recommend you look elsewhere for pizza. Worst customer service ever. A manager whom doesn't answer a phone shouldn't be a manager if I were the owner I would look...

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and some wings, teriyaki, and hot.

3 stars because they were fast, and the wings were actually reasonably priced.

I give the pizza about a 2 or a 3. The crust is on the thinner side, and I like that. The sauce's flavor profile is...unique, and I didn't like that. I can't pin point what's going on with it, it's on the sweeter side, which I usually don't mind, but there's also another flavor that is creating an unusual taste. The sauce is also on the thinner side.

Alright, the wings. The hot wings were not hot, I would call them mild. They were missing some flavor as well as heat.

The teriyaki wings were good. I liked the sauce. It paired pretty well with their ranch.

The wings themselves were crunchy and not slimy, which I appreciate.

The ranch and blue cheese were each 50 cents for a tiny container that wasn't even filled all the way. Both sauces were passable, not great.

I would check out other local pizzerias before coming back here for their wings. I wouldn't order their...

Good luck even trying their food. Over the past month my family have tried to order from here no less than four times. not once has the phone ever been picked up, no voice-mail, no recording, nothing. The first two we left it at that.

On the third I took the time to go to the restaurant only to be told by a young woman at 710pm that the decided to close early with a posted closing at 10pm. Why was the phone not answered where they could have mentioned this?

Today was my final attempt, after no answer on multiple attempts i went down there again. Sign on the door said closed, be back at 11...it was now 1240.

We were really looking forward to trying a local pizza place with what appears to be good food and affordable prices and are very sad they never gave...
