Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Prescott Valley

A friend and I got a cheese pizza and first bite into my first slice a foot long dark hair comes out of my slice !!! Disgusting!! But my friend she loves little Caesars so a week later we go back I order Italian crazy cheese bread she gets her cheese pizza , I ask them if they could cook the bread a little longer to make it well done .. instead the young girl starts dousing my crazy bread in butter or grease I say "whoa !! Please no more of that and she goes on to say "that's what you asked for was extra "crazy"!! I corrected her and told her no I wanted it cooked longer well done! At that time another worker came to argue with me and tell me what I asked for!! And with the music blaring in that place its obvious why they didnt hear me so I corrected both of them and continued to inform them that they should be wearing hair nets and that's when the young girl informed me "that isnt lil Caesars protocol to wear hair nets"!!! So I told them about the long hair in the pizza and they both shrugged their shoulders and said "oh well not protocol " there wasnt an adult anywhere in sight of this lil Caesars and not one of those kids were wearing hair nets nor were they washing their hands after handling money then their cell phone then making pizza !! I will not ever eat little Caesars pizza from any little Caesars ever again after this...

This has got to be the worst Little Ceasars around. I had my last attempt to eat at this store tonight. I ordered on the app. It said my food would be ready in 25 minutes from when I ordered. I showed up to the store. I gave them my info. The girl told me my order was almost ready. I waited patiently. Meanwhile time is just passing by. I was watching orders being fulfilled that were placed after I came in. I asked how long until my order is ready. Then they inform me that only half my order was made. This is after an hour from when I placed my order. The manager on duty said he could make my order new or give me a refund. I said just give me the refund. At this point he said it would take about 3 days for the refund to go through because he needed the general manager to complete the refund. So after an hour I have no food and they can't even give me my money back because it was paid online. I have had many problems in the past with this store. I rarely even attempt to eat here because of subpar food. This is the last time I will attempt to eat at this store. Save yourself the trouble and go...

I called 5 minutes before they closed and it rang until 1 minute after the closed and it hung up, so I called right back and a girl answered and said, “Thank you for calling Little Caesars, now we’re closed. How can I help you?” And proceeded to tell me that they wouldn’t provide any service. Clearly she avoided answering until they were officially closed. Since we were already pulling into the lot, we parked and the OPEN sign was still on, so we walked in as another gentleman had just finished paying and received his pizza, and the same girl (assuming because there was only girl), stopped my friend at the door. Told him they were actually closed, clicked the sign off, zipped up her jacket and locked the door behind him. Absolutely TERRIBLE service.
