RUDE, DOES NOT DELIVER PROMISED PRODUCTS ON PROMISED DAYS, DOES NOT CALL CUSTOMERS IF DELIVERY IS DELAYED, ARGUES WITH CUSTOMERS. I purchased furniture from this store on the 26th of March. I still do not have all the furniture I ordered. The delivery date was set so that my furniture could be ordered, and I was told I would get a call if my furniture was early. It wasn't it was late. No one called me to let me know. I had to call them and a woman named Bianca told me their order had gotten messed up and that it would be delayed further. I asked to speak to the owner and she gave me to the salesman who I purchased my order from. I asked him why he didn't call when my furniture was late or that their was a ordering mishap and it would be delivered late. Then, only part of my furniture was delivered (the delivery men were so professional and friendly that I wasn't angry anymore). The rest was to be delivered the next tues or Wed. It was not, no one called again. I called, and was told the furniture hadn't arrived yet and it would be delivered the next tues or Wed. It's now Thurs, and no one called me again. When I called this morning, the woman I spoke to refused to let me speak to the owner and argued with me, wouldnt lrt me talk and interrupted me repeatedly and then had the audacity to say delivery truck drivers driving big semis don't have cell phones. Who doesn't have a cell phone these days???? She argued with me and then said,"oh, your furniture arrived yesterday." I don't know where these people learned customer service but they may want to relearn it. I tried to explain to this rude woman that if someone had called me each time and informed me that my furniture delivery would be delayed, I would have had no problem. My issue is that I PAID for product, it was promised to be delivered on a specified day, and it was not. No one called to let me know it wouldn't be delivered or that it was delayed. No one called me when my furniture arrived yesterday and EVERY TIME I CALLED EMPLOYEES ARGUES WITH ME WHEN IT'S THE COMPANY'S FAULT IN THE FIRST PLACE. YOU DON'T ARGYE WITH CUSTOMERS. Read moreI was driving by and decided to stop and see about getting a mattress. When I walked in the door, the salesperson was playing on the phone with her daughter. I went to the back where bedroom sets were. Salesperson finally came back to see if she could help me. I told her I was looking for a mattress. She suggested I just lay down on each of them to decide which one I wanted. So I did. I Found that I liked. It was on sale for $1049. She said I could get the floor Model for 50% off. I asked her if it was 50% of the sales price. She said yes. I told I would think about it and come back the next day. The next day when I went back to buy the mattress she wasn't there. I talked to a different sales person who said there's no way I could get the floor model matress for 50% of the sales price. She called the owner. The owner said he paid more than 500 for the mattress and wasn't gonna honor his salespersons deal and didnt care what his fiance (salesperson) said the day before. She didnt have the authirity to offer floor model at 50% discount. Lesson learned. Unless you talk directly to owner dont try to make a deal with salesperson, especially owners fiance. Read moreBUYER BEWARE! I purchased an Ashley Power Recliner on June 22, 2020. On September 10, 2020 I made my first call to Affordable Fine Furniture to inform them the recliner was not working. On 9/15 they sent someone to look at it, he thought the motor was fine but that it was probably the transformer and would be back the next day to fix it. He never showed up. I waited an extra day before calling and left 2 messages. No return call. I called again on 9/18 and the owner, repairman, and sales associate just happen to be discussing the chair, the sales associate said they were talking about picking the chair up and would call me right back. Guess what? That’s right, No return call. I called again on 9/21 and 9/22. On 9/22 the sales associate said she would be sure the manager called me. Guess what? That’s right No return call!!! I bought a couch there last year and am very happy with it but apparently this company is more interested in the sale then their clientele or repeat business.
