Subway — Restaurant in Prescott Valley

Won't go to this location again anytime soon. 3rd experience in the last couple months with poor customer service.

No greeting/acknowledgement , only 2 other people in the store. No biggy some people don't like to talk. Unfortunately when it came to vegetables the experience began to deteriorate. First I was only given 4 tomatoes on a footlong, then I get about 4 slices of green bell pepper. Had to ask for more bell peppers about 3 times as I got more in increments to 2... The guy making the sandwich for me at this point was clearly annoyed with me and decided to shove the sandwich towards aggressively twice instead of sliding the sandwich over like a normal person.

I don't get it, whatever the issue is here, it doesn't appear to be changing anytime soon.

He didn't have to, but he saw my girlfriend feeling ill and he gave her a free cookie. She was having a diabetic low, and was waiting for me to finish ordering a cookie for her with another employee who was also giving beyond amazing customer service. I think his name was JC!

You know we come to this Subway occasionally, but today was different. Not just my sandwich that was delicious but the service was just Warm and Welcoming especially on a cold wet evening. We came on Tuesday May 6th around 8pm when it was very rainy.

Went today, Asked the Employee for the least cooked bread (I saw some in the looked A pretty good colour… I despise overcooked bread). I’m small and I couldn’t see what she picked for me. By the time I saw she had gotten the most overcooked burnt bread I had at subway in a long time. But she had already put the meat on top. The closer she got to me the more depressed I got because I could tell it was just horrible. Got home and it is as hard as a rock (I did not toast it). 15$ Down the drain and an entire meal ruined.
