Koko Grill — Restaurant in Prescott

I’m gonna say it, this is the best sushi place I’ve ever been to! I came once before and had a great time, but this time was different, it was a whole another experience! It’s a must try for all the Asian food lovers in Prescott!

Food: ♾️/♾️ The food here has to be manna sent from God! It was absolutely delicious and amazing, everything was cooked to perfection, and everything was bursting with flavor. I’ve never had sushi like this before and it’s going to be my new measure for any Asian food I eat from here on out

Service: 10/10 The service was also great, the man who brought our food and took our order was very hospitable, very nice and delivered our food with a great attitude and smile!

Atmosphere: ♾️/10 The atmosphere was otherworldly! It felt like I was in Japan itself! From the interior decorations, to the smell of fresh noodles and tempura in the air, everything was just so wonderful! This place is a must visit to all the Asian cuisine lovers, and I will be back here again soon!

Food is good, service is ALWAYS awful!! My husband and I went out for V-day. 10 minutes after ordering our 1st entree came out, 15 min later 1st sushi roll and after asking 3 times and an hour later our egg rolls and 2nd sushi roll came out. The hostess offered to give us our money back and then an older women who seems to be the owner came over and said we can only give you half back cuz it valentines day and we are busy. You would think they would want to make it nice for people celebrating. My husband left the $25 (half our bill) on the table and told the owner you can keep it, the money isn't the issue and you obviously don't get it. While the sushi is good, we won't be going back. Poor customer service. This woman clearly doesn't care about keeping patrons. We would frequent KoKo at least once per week and spend $55-$75. Decent food if you're eating there. The one time I ordered to go, the order was sub par. The avacado in the avacado bomb was rotten in parts, which never happens if I eat there. Also, they do not remove the innards of the shrimp they put in their soups. You'll have to de-poop your shrimp if you order it. Service is minimal, as you order and pay up front before getting your food. There was a fly in the water I was served, and I had to get a replacement. Be sure to check your sushi rolls and avacado bombs to make sure you get all the right ingredients. I had to send back my avacado bomb TWICE because they left off the spicy tuna both times. I ended up getting a refund because I couldn't wait another 20 minutes after waiting 40 minutes for the first two. I do not understand what the cook's issue was, and neither did the other worker.
