Food was great however the waitress we had was awful. I was sitting down for dinner with my family and one of my coworkers was there eating. When he got done with his dinner he came over and was talking with us for a minute at our booth. He was holding my one year old daughter and she reached out and grabbed a .25 cent decoration off the wall. The waitress then shouted loud enough for all of the surrounding tables to hear “don’t touch the decorations”. My coworker said “I’m not going to take it, I’ll put it back up” and she shouted again “just don’t touch them”. Not wanting to cause a scene in front of our oldest daughter we just paid and left. My wife called back to talk to a lead about it. And the waitress is who answered the phone. She said that she asked nicely and my wife said no you did not to which the girl replied “do you want to argue about it” when my wife said “sure let’s argue” the girl hung up on her. It’s really too bad because we did like the food, but because of the waitress, we will never be back. And it wasn’t just her. When my wife called back again and talked to another employee they didn’t have any interest in getting us in contact with a manager. Was seated pretty quickly around 5:30 on a Thursday night. Seated at the bar, which was fine. We came early to eat before a play at the local college. We placed our order, and it still had not arrived by 7:00 (hour and a half later). We asked to just pay the bill on our beers, and (presumably) the manager quickly asked us "if we still wanted our food". We said yes, even though we were now late for our play. Fifteen minutes later the food arrived (now an hour and forty-five minutes after ordering). My cold sub sandwich did not contain the vegetables I ordered, and was very very overpriced for what it was. My guest was overcharged for their calzone (charged extra for the two toppings that were included). Note as well that the draft Tubulars are $11 (eleven dollars) each. So, $60 and two hours later, we finally got to scarf down our food and rush to our show 20 minutes after it started. No apologies from the staff about the delay, no discount, no updates on the delay. Extremely disappointed, this is not the local icon...

Very poor experience! If I could put ZERO STARS I WOULD! Our pizzas were RAW DOUGH. After picking through it, she offered to take them back and put them in the oven... SERIOUSLY??? Pat Farnsworth must be rolling in his grave! Now it makes me wonder how many times they've put stuff back in after serving it (not too sanitary if you think about it) I hope Your manager who was our waitress never offered to make it right, and whoever the owner is, your Grand-daughter was absolutely RUDE. When I asked to receive a call back from the owners of the franchise said "it won't make any difference because my grandmother owns this place. Excuse me ! Someone needs a reality check!
