The Best Mexican Restaurant I’ve Been to!

I travel all over the U.S. and have visited dozens of different restaurants, but AZUL Mexican Grill is by far the most welcoming and friendly place I’ve ordered from.

I usually call ahead to place an order, and on 01/15/25, I found this restaurant on Google Maps. I called them, didn’t inquire about prices, and simply placed my order over the phone. I ordered the fajita skillet with beef and shrimp. I was really hungry, so I asked for “extra meat.” They were accommodating and told me to come by in about 15 minutes to pick up my order.

I arrived not expecting anything out of the ordinary, but to my surprise, my order was ready. When I asked for the bill, I was only charged $25 for a heavy, full bag of food. They took my extra meat request seriously, and when I opened the bag to check, I was amazed to find a huge fajita plate packed with beef and shrimp. There was so much meat that I couldn’t finish it in two days! The food was delicious—cooked and prepared to perfection, with great seasoning. I also received some tortillas and awesome nachos as part of my meal.

I was so impressed with this place that I wanted to write a review nearly two months after my visit. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely visit AZUL Mexican Grill.

If you’re looking for something new in Princeton Try Azul Mexican Grill.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and the delicious aroma of fresh food.

The menu had an amazing variety—from classic street tacos and enchiladas to sizzling fajitas and an eye catching Molcajete (look it up, u won’t be disappointed). Everything we ordered was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. The chips and salsa were addictive, and the salsa bar was a great add on at no extra cost.

Renny Sr. And Renny Jr. as well as the rest of the staff made us feel right at home, checking in just enough without being overbearing. The décor added to the experience—colorful, cozy, and full of charm.

Whether you’re out for a casual meal or a celebratory night, Azul Mexican Grill delivers an unforgettable experience.

We haven’t missed a Taco Tuesday or Wing Wednesday since we started visiting them.

This restaurant is amazing! The food is so delicious and we didn't have to wait but 10 minutes for it after we placed our order, it came out hot and the vegetables were fresh. Our server didn't check on us too often and came back at the perfect time when we had finished up and were ready for boxes and the check. While checking out, one of the employees gave us a card with dots they hole punch out that will eventually grant us I think either a free meal or discounted meal. The establishment is beautiful, there's these grand light fixtures that have flowers for lights and they did decorate for valentine's day. Everything on the salsa bar was so tasty!
