Dropped in for dinner and was promptly seated by the hostess. After perusing the menu I selected miso soup n salad with ginger dressing. For sushi the Rainbow roll is really good because, if your new to sushi, it doesn't have a fishy flavor. Just pour a little Soy sauce over it, add a pinch of Wasabi (Japanese horseradish which will clear your sinuses but won't burn like a mexican pepper), and your good to go! The entree was Hibachi Snapper and Salmon with vegetables and fried rice😋😋😋😋😋 The service was good at first but then my server did not come by and remove the empty plates when more food was brought to the table. Might want to work on that. Another server did refill my glass. The food was very good. The sushi is very good😋 I'd return if in the neighborhood. Returning another day for dinner, I'll keep it short n sweet: My server and service was excellent. The food was excellent. I took my family there for dinner last night July 1, 2018. There was 6 of us. They put the tip on automatic for at 18% which I always give a 20% tip to my waiter or waitress as I was one yrs ago and know most of them live on tips. I ordered steak & lobster my steak was to be medium well. It was over cooked so bad I was not able to eat it. I think the lobster was bad I have been sick all day. My brother had the chicken teriyaki said it was very good. My son had steak and my twin granddaughters had steak cooked medium. Which was cooked more like medium well. But said it wasn’t to bad. My older granddaughter had shrimp and it was good. They were very skimpy with the veggie I had about a 1/2 cup if that. Too much rice. Very very disappointing I have been to other Japanese restaurants where they throw the food in your mouth none of that all he did was bang his utilities on the grill. No show what so ever! I brought my mom here, on our way home from a rather lengthy trip. The sushi was mediocre and the soy sauce was terrible. The soup had chunks of meat floating in it. I realize they've put ground chicken in it BUT that's not what the Japanese soup is supposed to have.

When the chef came out to our table, with 3 children waiting for "fire and a show", the chef didn't talk, make eye contact, or do anything cool while cooking. He acted like he didn't even care to be there. The rice and veggies were undercooked.

When I asked for more white sauce, he never even acknowledged me but did put out more sauce before he left.
