Bellacino's | Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Princeton

Went there the other night on Nov 7th,2024. My family and I went here to try something new I got the spaghetti and the pasta noodles was so hard, the children’s grilled cheese tasted so gross that my own 2 year old daughter couldn’t eat it. We ordered a 16in Pizza and waited 30-45min and they brought the pizza BURNT! I asked for a new salad bc I wasn’t informed they put mushrooms in it.. all they did was rinse the plate and put new salad on it… litterly it was wet and still had the ranch they put on it before. I’m so angry I wished I paid after.. I thought the food was going to be good so I tipped… at the end of the day I asked for a refund bc my family couldn’t eat any of that and still had to go somewhere else after. The Woman was SO rude when I asked...

They had one job. Ordered a grilled chicken salad with no onions, peppers or tomatoes. Brought it to the table slathered with tomatoes. Told them I didn't order tomatoes. They took it back. Waited about 10 minutes and still no salad. Went up to the window and there sat my salad just like it was. Told them all they needed to do was scrape the cheese off and put new on. Told them to put it in a to go box cause everyone at the table was do e eating. Waited another 10 minutes and and went up and they made it on a plate again. Told them I wanted a refund....

My food came about 45 minutes after I ordered, and after everyone at my table was about 90% done eating their own meal. When I asked about the delay I was casually told "that's how long it takes," although several other tables who ordered after me had similar food come out sooner. After the long wait, the food was mediocre and bland. I normally defer to others in the office when we go out for lunch. I'm normally not picky. My experience at Bellacino's has changed that and I'll be speaking up in dissent if thid restaurant gets...
