On 15 July at approximately 9pm we pulled up to the drive through. We waited between 5 and 10 minutes and did not receive a greeting. We said hello but received no response. We pulled forward to the window as it seemed the speaker was broken. We waited at the window for more than 5 minutes and were ignored. I got out of the car and found a girl washing windows. I explained the situation and she said she would tell someone. I went back to the car and shortly after a young woman with a buzz cut came to the window with a drink. We told her that we had waited at the box and then the window and that was not our order and we would still like to order after being ignored. We were told she would not take our order and that we would need to pull back around and get back in line at the drive through that now had several cars in it. We declined and told her that was unacceptable and poor customer service. We left.
I then called and spoke to Heather who stated she was the manager. I explained the situation. Her response was not to apologize but to state that they are very busy, that she has several cars that have been waiting to place their orders for 10 minutes and that is their policy. I told her that I could see that the problem with the poor customer service was clearly coming from her and that I would call the general manager with my complaints. She responded by saying "absolutely."
Again when presented with a negative customer service experience that caused customers to leave without purchasing, your manager on duty did not apologize, did not offer to do anything to make it right (i.e. if you would like to come back please drive up to x spot and I will ensure your order is taken promptly) and even advertised that she and your company are not providing service as they should be to other customers. Read moreThis is not the first hot dog we’ve gotten from here that looks like it sat out days but the first we took a photo of. This is disgusting. Aside from the LONG WAITS at this location items such as icing for the cinnamon snacks are always missing. I’ve ordered a grape slush which has NO syrup and for some reason just Nerds. The manager always blames it in corporate. Disgusting place. I’ll drive farther for food that doesn’t look like it came from a litter box
ETA: We have complained to the manager. She says it’s corporate. We’ve complained online to corporate they just give gift cards. Neither fixes the issue that for at least two years (we previously lived elsewhere and used sonic this is the only one I’ve ever been to that is like this) the managers seems apathetic at best and the food can literally violate health department codes.

What the actual heck? It’s Friday night. 5:50. Our Sonic in Princeton is accepting only cash. They are out of shakes, slushes, sides and another whole list of food and drinks. WHAT IS WRONG AWITH THIS SONIC?!! This isn’t the first time they’ve been out of buns before. Another time straws. Another time route 44 cups. And MANY times only can take cash. I have been told by two car hops at this location they don’t receive tips from the app orders even when I put it on there. NO other location I’ve been to is so incompetent so consistently.

But didnt say what . . Got there , checked in , pushed button waited forever . Finally i told person it said online problem with order they asked my name . Gave it to them , said ok we will have that right out . Waited another fifteen-twenty minutes!! I pushed button again to ask if there was a problem again with order! But again waited. No answer … i saw a precious young girl who is already underpaid and asked her nicely to please ck on my order . She said ok . I told her what we ordered and she then tells me , we are out if cheddar peppers . I ask her to get manager . The. Manager calls me on speaker box . I ask her to please come to my car so i can explain the situation . She says “ you want me to come to your car?” I say yes… i explain to her my frustration in a calm voice . She says “They are shorthanded and if she as a manager cant handle the store she needs to step down as it is her response bility as manager if they need more help to get it! The i have to order something else and wait again as i have alreafy paid .and she said she cant refund me! Ugh. She offrs me another side in place of cheddar peppers that costs less ! Unorganized , terrible management , unhappy staff! Very disappointed in this establishment . And if the workers that run around dont get paid to do the job (except for tips) !
