Bombay Bytes — Restaurant in Princeton

Bombay Bytes is a small restaurant that serves Indian Cuisine located on the 380 in Princeton near the high school. We came here for the first time. We arrived just after they opened up at 5:30p.m. and placed our orders. We ordered Chicken Tika Masala, Amber Chicken Biryani, Kulcha Bread, and a Mango Lassi all for to go. Our order only took around 10 minutes to be completed. All in all, the food was really good, and the service was good. The only issue i had with the food was the chicken bones in it. I understand this is how the Ambur Chicken is probably prepared regularly. (I am not a fan at all of chicken the bone)... However, a warning on the menu or, at a minimum, informed of the bones while ordering the meal would have made the food rating better. We will most likely order meals from Bombay...

Five Stars for Flavor and Fun!

Tried Bombay Bytes for the first time and it did not disappoint! The place was sparkling clean — I could practically hear the countertops humming. The food? Absolutely delicious! Every bite was a flavor party and my taste buds are still sending thank-you notes.

Small confession: I would have loved my chicken off the bone in the curry (because who really wants to wrestle with a drumstick in public?), but honestly, the flavors were so spot-on I almost didn’t care. Rich, bold, and perfectly balanced — they definitely know what they’re doing in that kitchen.

Already planning my next visit — and this time, I’m bringing friends so I can “accidentally” steal bites off their plates too.

This was my second visit. And I purposely did not put a review the first time as I wanted to see if they were consistent in their food quality and service. I tried Veg thali again and it was awesome. It had gobhi appetizer, Dal, Paneer dry curry, Poriyal, chapati, rice, Sambhar, sweet. My friend tried Chole Bhature and it was great. I can now say that they serve some of the most authentic and flavorful Indian food consistently. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Every dish was perfectly spiced and delicious. A must-visit spot for anyone craving true Indian cuisine! Love Bombay Bytes ❤️ will visit again....
