Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

I really wish there was a way to make ratings with decimals. If I could it would be 3.8. so close to 4 but some things were not worthy of it. First off, I don't think the wings were worth the price. I distinctly remember you could choose the level of heat with the wings. I feel like these are way too hot to enjoy. The wings themselves were also lukewarm. And they went pretty cold by the time I got home. We live only a minute away down the street so they should have stayed a little hot. I was only able to eat three of them and I have to save them for later.

My boyfriend doesn't really eat here much so his review will be added. He said the breadsticks were very bland and had little to no flavor. It reminded him of just eating dough. He also said the sauce containers were pretty gross in his opinion. He wished they were warm. I will have to disagree and say that I do enjoy the sauce. He said that the deep dish pizza was the only good thing that was purchased. The new miniature Pizza cups were much smaller in person than an advertisement online. The outside was a little too hard and chewy but the inside was still uncooked and the cheese didn't melt. Overall it was a meh experience. I personally think I was just too hungry to care. We did however get the four items within a 10 minute interval. So there was not a 45-minute wait like other Pizza joints. Which I appreciated. The total was a little over $29. I'm sure I'll buy again from here but maybe they will be able to see this and decide for themselves if there are any...

Let’s getting to my visit really quick! Passing through and decided to get some last min quick pizzas for the kids. From entering the store I could tell the service would be below par. I walk in and was asked to give the cashier a few moments. From the looks of it there seemed to be an issue with the customer before me transaction. Totally understand! It’s the aftermath that still has me confused because the ticket ended up being closed out. I waited for the cashier to let the manger on duty know I was waiting to go ahead and start my order. However, that never happened because he made the manager aware of the resolution for the closed ticket and steps away. I’m not sure if it’s proper dress code to wear joggers as a manager but who am I? ( the person who writing this review that you took the time to read.) If that was a question. Lol

2 young ladies walked in to pick up a mobile order and the manager assist them in their visit. Now by this time if my visual presence isn’t going to be acknowledged I verbally stated, ummm Excuse me?!” I was assisted and my order was taken an a estimate wait time was given. Take aways for Richie and his staff. You guys are in a customer service job so if you can be seen by a customer via walking in, Greet them! It goes a long way and verbally communicate what’s going on to your peers if you decided to step away after asking a customer for a few...

I showed up about 5:40pm and ordered 4 3 special special requests pizzas 2 bread sticks 2 orders of buffalo wings. They were very busy and said it would be about 20 minutes I really thought the Lady was misjudging because of how busy it was. Nope she Nailed it . It may even have been shy of 2 minutes.. The whole staff was dressed how I feel Restaurant staff should be and that's only because I worked in the industry for 36 years out of 44. They all had clean uniforms on and Name Tags from what I could see. The Pizza Preps and cooks appeared to be changing out their aprons so they didn't look crusty and nasty. The GM I am sure is aware of the Superstar Staff that was working Friday night 12/2/23. It is hard to find a company small or larger anymore where when you walk in the place is clean the Staff are aware of their appearance & personal hygiene.
