Burger King — Restaurant in Princeton

I ordered on the app last week, because certain coupons were only available on the app. I waited 15 minutes after the food was supposed to be done, my ticket was printed and on the counter, but no one filled it until I complained and only then they located and filled the ticket.

Then last night, after a long weekend of skiing, we stopped and ordered whoppers for all of the family. As we were eating, one of the kids went up to the counter to ask for a water. We had spent over $33 on sandwiches, and they refused to give her a water unless we paid 11 cents for it!

In retrospect, I should have had them run my card again for the 11 cents, as the merchant service fees likely would have cost them more than they’d have gained by my 11 cents.

Anyways- terrible customer service. The “manager” insisted on not waiving the 11 cents. I don’t carry cash. I have only visited this Burger King twice this past month and both times the food was fine but the management and customer service was terrible. They could really improve it with proper employee training and teaching the managers how to actually make money and improve their reputation- instead of driving away customers...

All of our food was fresh and good. Wait time was a bit for the drive thru but not too bad. The low rating is for whoever decided to let Ms. Sunshine run the speaker/pickup window.

I don't know who this woman was but my husband tried to ask if the peppers on the Philly are bell peppers (he can't eat spicy peppers due to a health condition, so he was double checking). I guess she doesn't realize her mic is good enough to pick up the sound of her exasperated sigh. She answers that it comes with peppers and onions. He asks if they are hot peppers or bell peppers. She answers truly helpfully with, "regular peppers"

Ma'am. If you don't know, just say that. Quit sighing at us. It is not our job to know your menu, that's kind of yours. We stayed polite, wish she could've. When we got our food from the window I tried to give her an extra smile and be extra polite. The look she gave me is the look I'd give dog poop under my shoe. I carpool to work and we stopped there every morning and a couple of people in there is very rude and disrespectful and always check your bag and make sure you have everything before you leave! I had ordered six volumen meals plus several other miscellaneous items and they stuffed it all in one bag and I had ordered a dollar 10 piece nugget and they had forgot it I had got almost to go Mart in Green valley when I realized it made the phone call says the only way they could make it right as if I turned around and bought brought the bag back in right then.I was headed home to get ready and the rush to work the next morning when talking to the manager about it she was unwilling to even acknowledge that I was trying to talk to her...
