Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Princeton

I am very upset with this restaurant right now to the point that I'm sitting here crying on Easter my mother-in-law just passed away I decided to take my two children to Pizza Hut we ordered two pizzas both of them we paid the extra dollar for the better crust and of course I have a 2 and a 3-year-old that are fighting their sleep wanting a nap and had to use the potty so we went in and waited for about the entire 15 minutes that I took them to make the 2 pizzas .. the gentleman sat there and chit chatted with me the entire time he took my money which made it a cash order so he was fully aware that he was out of the food that I ordered before he took my money because the pieces were already in the oven not once did he tell me that there was a problem she could have told me then and it could have been taken care of instead of making me pay for my food I had the pizzas in one hand a kid and another hand and another kid on the other side of me trying to make sure that they don't get ran over I get to the car I get them buckled in and I checked my pizzas and they are wrong so I called the guy he said there's nothing you can do about it he can't give me a refund just for the couple dollars he's rude he hangs up he won't let me in the door I'll leave my pizzas outside the door I'm very frustrated and I wanted to refund and he refused so I highly highly do not recommend this Pizza Hut especially with the people that are...

Just got a delivery with UE Instacart from pizza hut. So mad because they were rated incorrectly on the instacart site and there's no way for me to fix it there. The app didn't save the toppings that was ordered for one of the pizzas but Pizza Hut done exactly what the irder said, and was an AMAZING JOB!!!! We've never got an order as perfect as we did today! They got everything we ordered exactly as we wanted and I thank them tremendously! I sure hope they see this rating and know what an amazing and appreciate job they did today!!! 5:30ish pm. This is the shop that's less than a mile from my house. When we order for delivery they make it exactly like we want it every time and the delivery drivers are very courteous and always on time. I've even asked them to put the names of my family members on the boxes so that we would have to sift through them when they got here. Inside the shop is very small. But the staff there are so friendly energetic and happy to help in any way they can. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in our area that likes delivery from Pizza Hut as everybody knows they have...
