A decent restaurant to eat at, if you’re willing to go through pretty bad customer treatment.

Came to this restaurant today with a few friends because it was recommended, and was excited to try it because it’s an Asian cuisine. Not much authentic options, a lot of American-Chinese food options.

I ordered a Lo Mein and it was really oily, the chicken tasted like garbage, but the noodles were decent. Waiter didn’t take long to deliver our food, which was good because we were all hungry.

So the noodles/food was decent, why give it a one star?

Well, we were seated in this back corner, which was fine, not complaining about the seating. But this was apparently where all the staff sits down to eat lunch which is totally fine with my friends and I, we understand that. As we were leaving, one of the staff members said “they’re leaving, finally. If they hadn’t, I probably would’ve gone over there and made them leave.” He said this in Chinese, probably not knowing that I am fluent in Chinese. I looked at my friends and told them what had happened, us being incredibly surprised because of how rude the staff had been. They were all staring at us as we left, and was a very uncomfortable environment to be in.

So overall, the food isn’t bad but...

I ordered a California roll and salmon roll for delivery and paid with my card over the phone along with giving my address. After almost an hour and 30 mins still no food. I called back and was told that they thought it was for pickup. After I told them that it was for delivery hence the address and paying with a card over the phone, they reassured that they would send it right out. After 2 hrs I called back and they told me that the sushi chef had left for the day and they could only make a California roll and that it would be on the house and that I only had to tip the driver $2. Here it is 3 hours later and still no food. I was told that it would be here any minute and just to pay the driver $2, which I refused to tip or pay anyone because the food is now 3hrs late. They said well we won’t send it because you don’t want to tip the driver. I also have to wait 5-10 business days for my refund to credit back to my card. Thanks for terrible customer service. Will NEVER recommend to any of my coworkers with the...

We have been ordering at Tiger Noodles for a few months now. It was decent Chinese food - nothing to complain about and we thought we found our Chinese take-out in the area. Until this happened yesterday. We placed an order for 2 Veggie Lo Mein for pickup. It was around 7.50 last when we placed the phone order. And though the restaurant is supposed to be open until 8.30, a man called us at 8.15 that he was closing up.

We were already on the way, and this didn’t really bother us. When we brought the food home was the worst part - he had mixed up the orders and sent us a “House Lo Mein”. And charged us for it as well.

Yes, understand that it is an honest mistake, but that still help with the fact that we are vegetarians and ended up not having anything for dinner other than toast. We tried to call right away but they had already closed up. We left a message and are hoping they would correct the mistake.

I am writing this as a hungry and disgruntled customer. If I were not to be one, this...

The Chinese food here is solid, but my focus is on the VEGETABLE DUMPLINGS. Pan Seared. They are exquisite. Listen to me loud and clear. I have traveled the globe (including 17 cities in China) and the best vegetable dumpling on earth is here at Tiger Noodles. If you have a competitor, please send my way. You must order them when you are here. They are special. Perfect dough thickness and whatever the vegetable mix they use is just perfect. GO. GO. GO!!!!!

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. We ordered Shrimp with Garlic sauce and Lo mein with shrimp. Lo mein had no flavor what so ever shrimp was boiled and tossed in. Shrimp with garlic sauce only had celery and bell peppers. On top of that the shrimp was not deveined and some even had the tails on them. I have never had an experience like this in the past. I would not recommend ordering from Tiger Noodles.

Got sushi that was supposed to have spicy tuna, yellowtail, and salmon but was missing the yellowtail. Topped with too much sauce and could not really taste the fish at all. Eel Don was flavorful but a bit salty. Saw a table nearby get Chinese food that looked more appetizing. Recommend going elsewhere for sushi/sashimi.
