It was alright, nothing to write home about. Portions are small, but I prefer that. However, someone who likes bigger portions may not. The food was a little bland but it wasn't bad, just a little more bland than I prefer. Very tiny inside and could definitely use some decorating. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance (though perhaps it appearing as a hole-in-the-wall maybe would make you hopeful for a great experience, then, trust your gut). This place is staffed by friendly professional people and they make delicious, authentic Mexican food. Passing through Prineville and stopped in specifically for a chorizo breakfast burrito. I thought it was good quality and definitely not too greasy, but rather dry, even with added bit of salsa they packed with it. My husband who grew up in a Mexican family loved it though.
