Bhoomi Indian Food Truck — Restaurant in Prosper

Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience at Bhoomi Food Truck. I ordered a pulav and waited patiently for almost 45 minutes, yet the food was still not ready. When I asked for a refund, they claimed it was processed—but I never actually received my money back.

To make things worse, I even drove back to the truck a week later (on a Tuesday) to ask in person, but the place was closed despite showing as open on Google.

Not only did they waste my time, but they also failed to keep their word on the refund. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and honesty, avoid this place...

I ordered Chicken Fry Piece Biryani, Paneer Dosa, Chitti Garelu, and Chicken Noodles, and every dish was incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The Chitti Garelu with Chicken Curry and the Chicken Noodles were absolute standouts—you won’t find anything like them anywhere else in the DFW area!

This food truck not only serves exceptional food but also offers a great dining experience with its cozy ambiance, ample seating area, and heaters to keep you warm during colder days. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal outdoors with comfort and style. Highly recommend...

I was shocked to see what I got vs what was ordered.

Gobi 65 - is gobi pakodi. It is cauliflower battered and fried. Not tossed in sauce.

Chicken fry piece biryani - what I got was plain bhagara rice with a few pieces of chicken curry. Not fried chicken, Not biryani.

On top of that, they didn't have salan, which felt like having plain rice with chicken curry.
