Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Prosper

Interesting visit to Taco Bueno. I walk in and there is one couple eating in the dinning room. There is a customer who is waiting at the counter to place his order. I get in line behind him and we both wait for someone to appear on the other side of the counter. I young lady who works at this location is sweeping the floor and makes eye contact with us while we are waiting in line. She notices us, but does not come over to help. I assume she must not be trained to take food orders. The young lady continues sweeping but eventually comes around to the kitchen side of the counter to let us know she will be with us shortly. She then goes back to the dinning room and continues to sweep under booths and tables, while we wait in line behind a vacant counter. Finally she rests her broom and goes behind the counter to take our order. I honestly don't fault the young lady, she was actually working and most likely was told to sweep up. However, the management / ownership needs to step up at this location. They're doing a disservice to the customers and this young lady they have employed by not helping them understand the importance of taking care of the customer. Also, I noticed that the small handful of front row parking spots were all occupied. I can only assume that "employee parking" has been moved to the front of the restaurant. This is too nice and new of a location to not invest a little time teaching customer...

Could have been better. Seems I don't go here often but they are constantly changing the menu. They used to have a B.O.B. and it's gone. Their "super burrito" should just be called a burrito... Nothing super about it except the price. I felt like they used the same size flower tortilla but reduced the portions of ingredients they put in and then just extra folded the additional amount. I literally threw away a good portion of unwanted, unfilled tortilla. The fresh condiments we're fresh but half of the "bar" area was empty and they were not busy, at all! The bathroom was clean and the food was good. Me and my 2 sons went home and ate again. Figure when you spend 28$ for 3 people to eat, you should at least get full? I won't go out of my way to stop in at Taco Bueno but when I feel the need to get a over priced, decent taco...I...

While the food was great because...I mean it's Bueno so it's always amazing...I was a little irritated this evening around 6:30. I asked for some burritos and tacos and one muchaco. The guy asked me to repeat muchaco several times, like he didn't know what it was. I was the only one in line and waited for quite some time for my food....only to find out I was missing my muchaco. If they didn't know how to make it, all they had to do was say so and I would've been understanding. But they said nothing, made me wait way longer than I should have, charged me for the muchaco, and didn't give it to me. They could've just told me the truth and maybe replaced it with something else. I really didn't appreciate the...
